That's a 4.75 ⭐. This was the third vehicle we've purchased from Classic in recent years. Their customer service in sales and finance will keep us coming back. I feel Steve in sales at the Mentor Ford store went above and beyond when I purchased a pre-owned Jeep there recently. The vehicle was absolutely spotless and they took care of a couple of minor details to make me happy. I even got what I expected for my ol battlewagon. It was a hassle free transaction without the back and forth to the manager's office. Thanks again Steve.

Saw a post on indeed about a job offering so I called and spoke to a very kind woman by the name of Kris she was curtious ambious funny sweet extremely beautiful and got me in touch with who I needed to ask about the job then spoke to a kind gentleman named Jay said he would help me out if I sent the info his way good people

Some of the worst service I've ever encountered at a Toyota dealer. Moved to Lake county and own 2 Toyotas so I gave them a try. I wasn't impressed. I'll be making the drive back to Metro Toyota. I waited 1 hr and 32 mins for an oil change with an appointment. While I waited I was given nasty looks by a gentleman and female with dark hair. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Not to mention a very dirty waiting area with soiled carpets. Tried reaching out to the service manager Nate but he never even called me back until after I posted my review. In my opinion he didn't really care much about our feelings he was more concerned about checking out their cameras to make sure no one took off our tires off when they inspected the brakes on our 2011 Venza. If you must go here ask for Sara she cares about her customers and is the only person I would deal with at this location.

As a Mentorite, Classic Auto Group always comes first to mind thinking of buying or selling cars or for service. I’ve been to a few of their lots in Mentor with family members and was always treated well. I spend my car are related time at Classic Hyundai, particularly Service, are true professionals, and their knowledge is unbeatable. All staff have always been very courteous and wanting to help fix issues. I don’t bother wasting brain cells thinking of another shop for repairs or lot to buy new cars. Call me a frequent flyer, but I feel like I’m walking Home or into a family when I go back. 12/10, every time! The new building is aesthetic and spacious!

Took a few weeks, but finally made a decent deal on a used truck. Salesman Chris Johnson was great to deal with. The entire transaction was efficient and quick. Their detailers leave alot to be desired. I am super picky, and the truck could have been much cleaner considering it's a big dealership. I took it home and did it myself. Other than the detailing, it was a great place to deal with.

Last week my sister and I went to look for a newer car for her since she had just paid hers off and was looking to upgrade, she was told even with her having a $750 trade in, a $4,000 down payment, and a credit score of 700 that her payments even on a used car would be over $500, Classic Auto Group as a whole is a rip off, go elsewhere, any Ken Ganley dealership will give you better satisfaction.

Please tell us a little more about why you chose this rating.First of all, I probably got the only gentle flower in your service department. Accused me of being rude when all that I was trying to do was find out if I did something wrong. Which resulted in the complaint to the manager of the dealership. Secondly, sevice had the car for 24 hours. You were supposed to calibrate ithe rear sensor and it wasn’t working when I got it back from the body shop. This resulted in another 24 hours which which into 72 hours because I couldn't get back get back to Ashtabula until Monday, due to surgery.Thank you for all of that. And thank you for nothing.

My experience with Classic Toyota could not have been any better. From my sales consultant Dominic Campana to my finance guy Dan Demastry and everyone else involved. They stayed after hours to close the sales and I drove my 2019 Toyota Sienna XLE home. Thus far I'm very happy with my purchase and thank all involved ?
