My husband and I drove out to Classic Cadillac in Mentor from Lorain County. We saw a few cars that we were interested in. From the moment we met with Zack and the GM Audrey everything went beautifully. While in the process of buying the car the internet was down. Audrey sent us to lunch and had us bring our receipt back so we could be reimbursed. (She sent us to Yours Truly which was also good :). They worked with us for the best price and interest rate. Everything was smooth. Muhammed in finance was also wonderful. We will gladly drive the hour that it takes to buy from this Cadillac dealership again. Nothing but 5 stars all around!

This review is regarding a used vehicle purchased at Classic Cadillac. In late August I found an FJ Cruiser for sale with low mileage at Classic Cadillac. I live in Texas and called with a few questions about the vehicle. I was told the frame was “rust free” the tires were like new and the vehicle passed their safety check. I flew up from Texas to buy the vehicle. To my surprise the frame was not rust free but rusty. I did look at the vehicle in their parking lot and asked if we could put it up on a lift for a better look? I was told that wasn’t possible at that time. I should have left but went through with the purchase, I own that. I drove the FJ home and discovered the chassis was loaded with rust, much worse than I thought. In addition, the tires were severely rotted, lots of tread but between the tread there were cracks and rot. I inspected all 5 tires and found they were 10-15 years old. Very unsafe! When I called Classic Cadillac I was told that 10-15 year old tires are fine so long as there’s tread on them! Are you kidding? These people sell cars and think 15 year old tires are just fine? They did offer to buy the vehicle back so long as I drove it back to them. I had put new tires (5) on the FJ and they were not willing to reimburse me for them. We settled with them paying me $1000.00 for new tires (I spent $1700) and I kept the vehicle. My point is this they lied about the frame having rust, lied about the condition of the tires, and if it passed their safety inspection, as I was told, then they have no business selling cars! I also checked the air filter and cabin filter and they were horrible! They had not been changed in very long time, probably the worse I’ve ever seen! I would not trust anything this dealership says. Buyer beware! Horrible place! See pics for a rust free frame, safe tires, and the cabin air filter the regular air filter wasn’t much better but they passed Classic Cadillacs safety inspection? Really??

Yes, I am a first time owner of a Cadillac and it is wonderful. Still getting to know the vehicle and vice versa. Can't wait to put it on the road before the weather turns bad.
Classic in Mentor is GREAT. I just stopped by after leaving the Genesis Dealership down the street and was WOWED by the customer service and the willingness to just work with me as if I was some wealthy person. Mark Bondurant was always friendly and helpful whenever I called or stopped by. Thank you Classic

I've taken several vehicles to them for service; they have never fixed the actual issue. Do all kinds of work saying that will fix the problem, but nope, still have the same problem. Then they make all kinds of excuses. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. So, shame on me for me to keep taken vehicles there for service. Well, not anymore. And sorry to say, one vehicle I traded in because they couldn't fix, and told me the engine was going bad was sold to someone without any engine repairs. How do I know, I still have a Carfax account on the car.

My experience with Classic Cadillac was truly five-star. I stopped in on a busy Saturday to check out the Lyriq and Vistiq, and despite how hectic it was, I was warmly greeted by Peter Drago. Mark Bondurant was incredibly knowledgeable and refreshingly low-pressure. He took time out of his day to assist me, which I really appreciated. I not only feel like I got a fair deal, but also that I was genuinely valued as a customer.
Mo Dweik in finance was fantastic as well. In my past experiences, the finance office has always been the most drawn-out and painful part of buying a car. But this time, it was anything but that. Mo was professional, personable, and efficient—he had me in and out in no time.

It was a pleasure working with Don, Moe and Nick! Shoutout to Bill as well for chatting it up with my husband and I while we waited to finalize our paperwork.
Overall, our experience was a 10/10 and well worth the 3 hour drive from Detroit! I look forward to doing business with Classic Cadillac in the future, as it has been my best dealership experience yet!
