Anthony, Peter, Moe made it possible for us to fine and purchase a new/used Cadillac after ours was no longer safe to be on the road. From the very minute they heard that we could no longer drive our 2011 Cadillac due to the frame being rusted beyond repair. We still owed 2 years on this car that was no longer worth anything. They help guide us to get the most for what we could afford. We Thank you very much! We would recommend Mentor Cadillac to anyone looking for a new or used car.

My 1 star review was removed, so here is another one. I went into this dealership in pursuit of a 2nd vehicle and gave the finance guy 2 options for banks that I would like to work through. 1 was Chase because I have been banking with them for 12 years. They other was Ally because I already had an auto loan through them. I said I was willing to put $2000 down, but up to $6000 down if needed. Instead of talking to the 2 banks I suggested, my credit was ran EIGHT TIMES through different banks to try to get my loan approved for 2000 dollars down. This is gross incompetence and negligence and ruined my credit for 2 years. Instead of making an attempt to contact the companies and credit bureau, they did nothing & let these hard inquiries stand. Not only did they not correct their wrong, they insisted there was nothing they could do & never apologized. & dont bother giving me the time of day of "contact us here so we can resolve your issue".. They have no interest in doing so. Thieves and liars.

Drove 3 hrs to pick up a 2019 Cadillac that was supposed to be certified preowned Cadillac and couldn’t pass the Pa inspection two weeks later due to bad ball joints…someone is lying or doing a crappy job verifying the quality of car before sold and the company kept playing run around with call this person, oh they will call you back etc. Will not recommend to a friend

We experienced excellent service with the purchase of our 2024 XT5. The ride is amazing as always in a Cadillac. It's a beautiful white car, and has plenty of room for passengers and cargo if needed. The sales person and Tech/Service personnel were helpful. Thanks.

I had an amazing experience with classic Cadillac I just leased a 2024 Cadillac CT4 premium luxury my sales representative mark bolderant was very helpful and very knowledgeable and most importantly very friendly and nice this was a very comfortable dealership to work with I walked into the show room they had my car waiting for me and I was with my car by the next 1-2 hours very nice people and so was my finance manager moe very friendly and knowledgeable next time Somone or a friend or anyone else is considered buying a Cadillac or a vehicle from them I would most definitely recommend and consider them
