I've only gone to Classic Chevy out of convenience and never because of desire. With issues going back to 2013, being offered 4k less for my vehicle and essentially being brushed off my them I bought my truck from Boardman Chevrolet.
Having an extended warranty for my currently vehicle and after an exhausting process of dealing with them for any information I was finally directed to the proper person for information about it and by another dealership of all people. They're the ones that called Classic for me and had them call me. I specifically asked Steve Doyle of fiance about the extended warranty and if there was any deductible or cost with having to come in and diagnose a check engine light was told no. Having a check engine light is covered and can get it taken care of and I was truly skeptical of it and was right to feel that way. Came in at 7am and after getting checked in was told that it would be over 200 for diagnostic fees. Turned it down and left. I've always had to deal with them out of convenience and after today will be driving to Burton or even back to Boardman from now on. Good luck for anyone else that has had a halfway decent experience with them but never again.

Dan Kro is the best salesman I have ever worked with. I had a rough experience overall with my previous car (not from Chevy), and Dan and the rest of the staff at Classic Chevy truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a remarkably smooth and stress free transition with my new vehicle purchase. I am thrilled to be out of my previous vehicle, and back at Chevy, with good people, who value their clients! It is very hard these days to truly find a good car dealership with good people, so I feel the fact they provide such exceptional customer service is not something to be taken lightly! Thank you Dan and the rest of the Classic Chevy team!!
