Took the truck in for an oil change, rotation and an alignment. I knew this was a two hour job. I told the service writer I needed to be out at a certain time to get to another appointment. I was given a loaner truck. Tho, I only had the loaner truck for 45 minutes, my truck was finished when I got back. I settled up and drove away. But note, upon checking into Yelp, I received $10 off service!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Olivia Brandt and her service manager Tom at Classic Ford service.. They went above and beyond to help us with some of the cost of getting the new car fixed . We appreciated it so much that Tom tried so hard to get Chevy to help pay for something, and they refused. So he cut us a break himself.. Thank you so much to you both..

I went to Classic Ford in Mentor this morning and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped by Michael. He was very efficient and explained everything throughly. He called the porter and a guy named Anthony came up to get the key and He came right back with my truck. I have to say it was nothing special but they were very nice and sweet young men. Honestly kindness goes a long way these days! Michael and Anthony deserve recognition!!

Been dealing with Classic Ford/Lincoln for 12 years and just leased our 5th vehicle from them.Nothing but good things to say about Russ Fisher, Gregg Pike and the rest of the staff including the service department.

Sales and service department are top notch. I just leased my 3rd vehicle from Classic, 2021 Bronco Sport. Make sure you see Gregg Pike when your ready to purchase or lease a new vehicle, his knowledge and sales experience will get you in the vehicle that is right for you.

This is an update to an old review. I had been buying from Classic Ford for many, many years. Leasing and buying. 5 or 6 cars maybe. Always had a great experience. Both in buying and service department. Well. I have a lease now. I took my car in to them in September. I just got it back. 5 months later. 5 months being inconvenienced with a loaner I had to replace every other week. When I finally got my car back, it was filthy. I thought maybe after having it for 5 months they would have at least cleaned the thing. Nope. Filthy. Inside and out. Oil at 20% life. Tire gauge is on saying that ALL 4 TIRES ARE LOW. I drove off with it like this. Never have I ever been more disgusted. I will NOT be renewing my lease with Classic Ford. I can't wait to get rid of this thing. Shame on whatever happened to you guys over the past year. Worst service I've ever experienced. Let me add. They never called me once to give me an update. Not once. I had to call them. They DID finally call me in JANUARY to tell me my parts should be in next month (February). 4 months later. Let me also mention, the loaners were all half full to almost empty on gas when I got them. Including my car when I got that back too. This was absolute garbage service. Garbage. 20 years of car buying comes to an end with Classic Ford. What a shame.
