Avoid. I had communicated with this dealership about a particular vehicle and made an appointment to see it. I even phoned the salesperson prior to leaving home and they said they were looking forward to meeting me. I left home and half way into my trip I received a call from a different salesperson to tell me that the vehicle was sold the day before. The salesperson I had appointment with did not even have the decency to call and apologize.

The salesman was very helpful and nice I loved the hot chocolate there and he showed my husband the function of the vehicle and spent a lot of time with us we really love the truck we bought there and would recommend Hyundai to others thanks again

They made everything really easy. I bought a lightly used Elantra N and they fixed the curb rash on one of the wheels for me. Everyone was super nice and accommodating, willing to help out now and in the future if i needed it.

Shopping for a lease with the right price, mileage, and term can be exhausting. Most dealerships avoid sharing the real numbers like residual value, selling price, or money factor, and many try to hide high down payments behind low monthly quotes.
Classic Hyundai was the complete opposite. I spoke with Rachael for about 15 minutes, and she gave me a clear, straightforward deal that beat every other dealership I contacted. I went in the next day and drove the car home. The whole thing was finalised in just a few minutes.
Rachael was fantastic to work with, and I wish I had found this dealership sooner. I would’ve had my car weeks ago. Highly recommend.

Michelle was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai Sonata hybrid I wanted and made the purchase an easy one. She treated us like friends, not just customers. Nick the finance guy was fun to work with as well. A shout out to Kyle for answering some of our many questions. Very nice and clean facility.

I went to Classic Hyundai last month to simply have some recalls corrected. It didn’t take long to get assisted by a service associate. I had made my appointment online, so that may have made the process quicker. The gentleman that assisted me tells me it will take an hour to an hour and a half to complete the recall repairs. Perfectly reasonable. An hour goes by. The gentleman I spoke with earlier comes out to the waiting area and proceeds to tell me that all four of my brakes, rotors, and calipers needed replaced. He also had prices already written up for these items. I was not very happy because 1) these items were all replaced just last year and 2) in order for them to see if my calipers needed replaced, the wheels would have needed to be taken off and the entire brake assembly would have been taken apart. None of the recall repairs would have involved taking all four tires and brake assemblies off my vehicle. Anyway, I waited about another hour and a half before the repairs were completed on my vehicle and I had my keys back in my hand. I was not satisfied with the service, so I am glad the recall repairs didn’t cost me anything. I will not be returning to this dealership, at least not for any repairs.
Edit: The service manager called me once after Classic Hyundai replied to this review. I called him back, someone answered and let me know he was in a meeting and would get back to me. I still have not received any call back.

We worked with Trevor Spence at Classic Hyundai. Our purchase was very easy & no pressure. They had to locate a vehicle that had all the options that I wanted. Which turned out to be faster than we had thought. They had a vehicle for us the next business day. Trevor was so good to work with and very patient explaining to me how to work my car. Trevor was one of the nicest and knowledgeable sales people we have worked with. The managers Kyle & Scott were also great to work with. The finance manager Eric made the purchase fast efficient & fun. We have purchased cars from Classic for over 20 years and we will continue to do so. They have a great sales team there and we will continue to recommend them to our family & friends.
