“All the employees were very helpful despite being in a huge rush because of Black Friday, they offered help when I was confused looking for a specific item and when I couldn't find it. They were very sweet and kind and even price matched an item that was cheaper on their website, so I could buy it on the online value!”
“From start to finish I can't say enough about my existence! To start when I wheeled in I was treated with kindness and respect. My first encounter was with Michelle who was so very sweet! She got on the floor to help find me pants and was so very helpful and treated me with dignity and respect! (Which isn't usual in this era) Then I got up to the register to meet an equal sweetheart named Katie who talked to me like a person. She helped me with my online order and was so very sweet. She needs a raise all the ladies I'm mentioning need massive raises and thank you to their parents for raising such kind considerate human beings! Then I met sam. She was the manager and she was the highlight of the experience. She was super understanding and she sets the tone a lot of work places need! You can tell she is well loved and her workers are super happy. 💜🙏🏼 Good job too all these ladies and everything they do! Keep it up! I will be a repeat customer with this level of service!!!!”

“I went on my birthday 10/15 :) lol i got there 30-40mins before they were going to close i felt bad because ive never been to a ross so I was looking at everything and the lady who was working that night was so nice and usually when your the last customer when stores are getting ready to close the employees can get really rude. The associate #2582152 was just nice and welcoming and wasn't rude to me but I thought id mentioned because ive encountered some nasty workers when you come in before close lol I get that”

I hate clothes shopping because I don’t know what will look nice or what I really like. Aubrey took that worry of mine away and set some great things in the dressing room on top of what I had picked out for myself.”
