Food took extremely long to come out, even dessert took 15 minutes When the food did come out one of the meals was incorrect Food was mediocre but dessert was very good

I had a delicious Ahi tuna salad, but there were fewer pieces of the tuna in it than in the picture on the menu and they forgot to put the avocado in it. Our server was excellent and brought a dish of avocado to add to the salad.

As usual, we had a good dinner at a reasonable pace. Big menu. Meals were hot and as ordered. We were seated in the center of the building so noise level was a little higher than we would have liked. Server was pleasant and attentive. We'll be going back.

We went on a Sunday at 4 pm. Hostess and Wait staff were courteous and efficient. The meal was delicious. We sat in the bar area. The eating area and bathroom was clean. The lighting in the bar area too dark to properly see the menu. They may wish to consider adding table lamps or some kind of better light system. Overall it was an enjoyable meal.

The low lighting inside made it difficult for half of my table to read the menu aside from that good service a little expensive but not bad.

Generally, the restaurant has an attractive appearance. And despite a large crowd, you could easily have a conversation at the table. They may not have enough servers. Our service was not very good. As an example, when the main meal was delivered to one of our guests. It did not have many French fries on it, which was one of the sides that we ordered. The server said they ran out and she didn't want the rest of the dish to get cold. So she would bring us additional french fries when they were ready. That never happened. Also, drink refills, coffee, soft drinks, and napkin requests took a very long time and in some cases, it didn't happen. One of our guests ordered an ahi tuna salad and the tuna was very sparse on the dish. It was a lot of money for a bowl of lettuce. On the positive side, one guest ordered a slab of ribs and commented that they were delicious. Overall, the meal was a bit pricey for the food that was served, and the service that was provided.

I was stressing out on where to go for mother's day a lot of places were already booked out in advance, I was able to get a table of 5 and had 3 unexpected guests come. The staff was so understanding and was able to make it happen for us. The waitress was so awesome I wish I remembered her name but she was very personable. My mom has had a really rough year and I finally saw her smiling today. Thank you so much for accommodating us and making it a day to remember! You have just gained a lifetime customer ❤️

Valentine's Day dinner , we made reservations for 730 for a party of 5 . We did not get seated until 750. When the food arrived 40 minutes after the order was taken , IT WAS COLD! My daughter's mini corn dogs were FROZEN STILL! OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVEN CONSIDERING THE BUSIER THAN USUAL . MY FIRST TIME WAS AND WILL BE MY LAST TIME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT

One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had and our last 4 months ago was pretty bad. My wife's food was burnt after 40 mins of waiting for our food. Then to fix it after another 30 min wait (over an hour for a med. Temp cheeseburger and fries) we it took it to go. Since everyone one else was done. The only manager visit was when our food was literally delivered, no chance to try, and she wanted to know if our food was delicious. Had to ask the mangers name since she would not return your table. Not a care in the world about the anything. This is the second time in a row for an awful experience. Our last visit. I will also share when we ordered there were 10 tables sat in the whole restaurant at 5pm.

We had a few menu problems. They didn't have the beer my friend wanted. Believe me why is this called a brewery if you dont have the beer you want?? They didn't have pork chops I wanted and that was a special this day. They ran out of baked potato. Also was another thing I don't recall right now. We made a reservation and still had to wait. So what is the reason for the reservation?? We had good service and thank God for that!!!! It was not a pleasant visit. You will not be getting a good review in the restaurant magazine. You failed on so many ends. Very discouraged. We will not be back and neither will our friends as well as family. Who knows how many others will not be going from bad reviews.
