Handicap signs are not aligned with handicap ramp on side of building. I had to help a hip replacement lady down the high curb by the handicap signs.

I would give zero stars if possible... Absolutely the worst service from the pharmacy. How do you not notify your clients when an Rx is low/needs refilled/is on backorder, etc? Even if it's a simple automated text? I have been without insulin now for almost 2 weeks because CVS LIED and said my Doctor had not responded to their request for a prior auth.. my Doctor and his office both said they never contacted them and I believe it!If you are trying to call the pharmacy, make sure you have plenty of time on your hands (to waste!) because it takes multiple calls and long wait times to even reach someone and when you do, they rush you off the phone and are curt. As soon as someone answers (currently on hold for 16 minutes) I am demanding my prescription be transferred because NO ONE should have to go without their medication, let alone insulin! Disgusted.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!We filled out all the information on-line for our Covid 19 shots. I have a compromised immune system and don't loke hanging around a pharmacy. We got to the store after checking in. We had also gotten texts and emails regarding our shots. After about 10 minutes they said, our appointment had been cancelled and we had to check in again. After about 40 minutes, we got our shot.I called back 1-1/2 weeks later to have the shots added to My Chart. The pharmacist Rick said, that we needed to call corporate to have our shots added. We never had to do this before. We asked for the phone number to do this.Rick gave us 1-800-SHOP-CVS. This wasn't even the right telephone number that Rick gave us!I called to have him switch all of my prescriptions and my husband's to another local CVS. He hung up on me.I called back to ask if Rick had hung up on me. They transferred me to him. I don't have a local area code so he new it was me. Rick HUNG UP ON ME TWO TIMES!The woman at the drive with the claw like nails is also very rude.I highly suggest you switch to a different store like we did.

Worst pharmacy on the Planet if I could give them negative stars I would. Scheduled covid Test online. received verification email and text messages multiple times about my appointment showed up and was told there was a 'glitch' in the system and they don't do Covid test.

Totally incompetent! Gave my 90 year old mother a prescription that she is allergic to. Vensa, the pharmacist on duty was so rude and had no good reason why this happened. I did file a complaint.

I was just discharged from UH hospital in Cleveland. While my husband was driving me home I tried to call the CVS pharmacy on Mentor Ave in Mentor. After being on hold for a long time when someone from the pharmacy finally answered I didn't even get a chance to speak and they hung up. You would think since they are dealing with the public that had some sort of health issue they would have more patience.

I picked up my daughter and a few of her friends from school today to go to CVS before a basketball game and i dropped them off, i saw them just standing outside so i was confused (I was waiting in my car to drive them back to the school) they ended up eventually going inside and when they come out, they told me that they were only allowed in for three minutes and they got yelled at when they tried to walk to the snacks from the make up isle.
