I love our CVS Pharmacy at Lakeshore and Reynolds Road. The pharmacist is so knowledgeable and questions. Any medication that my doctor prescribes. Which I love. The staff is always so friendly and helpful.

The CVS Pharmacy in Mentor on the Lake is the best they come by. All the Pharmacists are Exceptional ! They really care and try to find the best prices available without having to be asked. Their smiles and Happiness shows in their work!!!
The staff is so warming and happy to assist you with anything. A sincere Thank You CVS!!!!

I personally like all CVS pharmacies, I’m only giving this location a low rating bc anytime I’ve sent prescriptions here they state they dont have it. Not even complicated proscriptions either.

Overall, it's just a slow location. This particular prescription wasn't needed quickly so I don't know how long it took but in general, it takes a long time to get prescriptions filled here, and now, this location being in Lake County (Ohio), apparently CVS is no longer filling paper prescriptions for narcotics; those prescriptions can only be filled via 'e-script'; my dentist does not have that system. So, since insurance providers are like a cartel I can either:1: NOT get the needed prescription;2:drive to a CVS in another county to get it filled;3: Pay more by going to a different pharmacy (e.g Walgreens) at which my insurance DOES NOT cover prescriptions and just pay the full amount.

Pharmacists are rude and unhelpful. Consistently fill prescriptions incorrectly, run out of medication, or forget to fill things entirely. Wait times are ridiculous and the staff is unprofessional. Would give 0 stars and not recommend to anyone.

I have been on a certain medication for a couple of yrs and so many times when it is time for a refill that are out of the medication and as a customer you would think they would have a med in stock and know when there products are low but not this store it is very unprofessional and they seem to care less about there customer

Twice I have been told that one of our prescriptions would be in on Monday. A second prescription was supposed to be in 2 days ago. Tonight's story is that the first has been discontinued. I checked the manufacturer's website and there is no notice of discontinuing the product. The second was apparently no ordered until tonight. The staff was polite, but I am not a happy camper!
