We had an excellent experience with Defender! We did a mobile service at our home for my son’s Jeep Wrangler. The tech was honest, friendly & called on his way. Our tech actually saved us money as we only needed a repair vs a new windshield. I highly recommend them & will use again if the need arises. We even got a military discount!!

The technician who came to my house his name was Julio he did a tremendous job when above and beyond by vacuuming out all the glass in the cab and bed of my truck I would recommend him to anybody good job thank you very much

Great service and very timely. They were able to accommodate me the next day. I wish they would have informed me that the window would not be the same as the original as far as design. Driver was supposed to call ahead of arriving. I just happened to walk out of my house to see him already pulling back window out. Could have been better communication

These guys are amazing. My insurance wasn't going to covered the oem glass per safety control features on my car. Defender got em the do the oem! Not to mention it was fast and we'll done too! 5 stars!
