I am particularly rating the shoe department of this store. I went in there to get my daughter some soccer cleats and I I stood there for 5 minutes while 3 employees were talking and after they were done talking they still didn't ask me if I needed help while I stood there. And when I told them I needed to find out where soccer cleats are they pointed in some direction and said they're over there. Then they went back to talking and I turned around and said excuse me I need a certain size. To make a long story short, I pretty much had to pull teeth to get any help.

The shoe department is a nightmare. There are people working but there is ZERO organization. Be prepared to sit around a LONG time.

While I was testing the gym equipment with a few buddies of mine, an employee with a brown shirt and a black receding hairline called us mouth breathers. We all had intentions of purchasing gym equipment at a later date. We will no longer be purchasing any gym equipment because of this rude employee.

I was testing gym equipment with my buddies to see if it was worth purchasing and an employee with a receding hairline was very rude and called us mouth breathers. The service was terrible, if you see an employee with a receding hairline do NOT go in.

I was testing out equipment in the gym section with a few friends for future purchase, when an employee with a receding hairline called all of us mouth breathers, and walked away. This is terrible service as we were all looking to shop here.

Drove all the way from Ashtabula to pickup a Kayak I bought, last one in stock of course and had multiple damaged spots on it. Never checked by employees before they said order ready drive hour away for pickup and damaged with no replacement avail. Maybe if employees did thier job and checked products being ordered and set aside I wouldn't have to ruin my Sunday driving 2 hours for broken garbage. Manager offered 15% off lmao and it was seriously scuffed bad. More like 50% off ... waste time thanks again for the people who don't care to do thier job. Also gotta wait 7 to 10 for refund from ordering online lmao what a joke

Never fails but it's hard to be acknowledged or get help ANYTIME I come here. I assumed because it was busy the first couple times so for kicks I went today. Only customer 3 associates standing around chit chatting and not 1 word of acknowledgement. Another gentleman walks in and BOOM, I hear "can I help you with anything? But this wasn't to me. Then the female associate from behind me says "are you doing ok?" ?. I'll take my business elsewhere. Either they are not to keen on "my type" shopping there or are just lazy.

The customer service in the shoe department is disgusting. So sorry to bother the employees for sizes, I didn't realize they worked here for free.

I never write reviews but the client experience at this location is horrible. I received a gift for my birthday from a friend and it was too small. I went to exchange it and was told I couldn’t exchange it but I could bring my friend back to have him exchange it or they would give me $30 for a $70 item. I did not have a receipt, but they were able to pull up the whole purchase with his phone number so they knew it was purchased there. Try to buy something and return it- horrible service!! Trust me!
