If you need a PC fixed ~look no further!My daughter's laptop was both running slow and had a problem with the audio. Bob offered an easy to understand solution and was able to get her up and running quickly. It is such a delight to receive professional, prompt service and to support a local business.

Amazing Service; Caring, Competent Knowledgeable Staff. I film high school sports and needed a replacement laptop for about two weeks. I live in South Central PA and called a few places on the East Coast! Not only did Bob from Digital One Computer Solutions (DOCS) respond, but his company out did themselves. After speaking with Bob regarding my needs and the specs of the laptop, the very next day the laptop was delivered to my door. Cost was very reasonable, with the packaging and return instructions extremely easy. DOCS is my number one place for rentals and I dare anyone to give them the opportunity to serve your needs. You will be highly pleased.

What a wonderful experience! I was in and out within 20 minutes. I showed Bob my issue on my laptop and he he knew within minutes the issue. It was fixed quickly and I was on my way. Thank you Bob! We will definitely be back with any other computer issues that arise.

Digital One, Spinach Dr., Mentor Ohio service is the best. They are responsive, call back, after hours they actually answer the phone, service for personal computers is completed as quickly as possible and usually they have the unit available the same day. On a scale of 1 to 10 (one is terrible and 10 is the BEST) - DIGITAL ONE, MENTOR OHIO IS A "10" (THE BEST). Their service, communication, follow up and how they educate the not so technical customer is awesome. Thank you for your service. Everyone is professional and customer focused.Renee
