Staff is friendly, service is usually pretty great in quality…. But the wait times are rough. Visited this location for a tire install appointment made weeks in advance. We waited nearly 45 minutes just for the car to be pulled into a bay, and well over 1hr 30min total for a 45 minute (max) service

My first time working with Discount Tire and even on an extremely busy day Evan immediately made me feel apart of the Discount Tire family. Very polite and informative, I will be referring friends and family. Overall 11/10 experience, I’ll be back.

I ordered rims and tires online for my Porsche and there was an issue with the fitting initially. The guys from this store are nothing short of amazing. Evan and Caleb went above and beyond to make sure everything fit as expected, and that the car would be safe to drive. I can say that for all the staff, truly pleased with their customer service.

Came in today for a 9:15 appt to swap my set, preordered online on Wednesday. My OE set was beyond their lifetime; their imbalance was insane. My tires were absolutely trashed aside from still holding pressure at 78k somehow. Told the gentleman my concerns about my lost manufacturer weights and that balancing was a main concern of mine. They tracked my order to be completed at 10:02/45 minutes but my car was parked in the front door around 9:50, that was including the technicians getting their equipment ready. Even though low volume customers this morning, tells me this garage is very coordinated on time. Drove some miles to break in the set with the perfect weather today, and I’m amazed with what they have done - no more vibrations or rumbling, brakes work flawlessly again, my steering is starting to ease up. Felt no different from when I purchased my vehicle new. THANK YOU!! RASHLEY

Thank goodness for this place and it's STAFF!! They carry a good variety of sizes in stock. I was able to call them with Make, Model and tire size and get in their door for 4 new tires in less than 30 minutes. No B.S. No crazy upsells or fees. Just black and white easy to do business with. They had MULTIPLE guys on the shop floor working to make the job quick. I appreciate a business that does business like this.

Absolutely amazing customer service from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. David at the front desk was very helpful and descriptive. He pointed me in the best direction possible for my tire needs. I was told they could get me in at 2:00 and I saw them pull my car in at 12:30. I absolutely love the urgency and attention to detail that they have. Thank you David, Brandon, Andrew, and Rylen for taking care of me. 5 starts all around. This will be the only store I visit for my tire needs moving forward!!!
