I ordered from DSW frequently with no issues. However today has been the absolute worst! My entire order for my daughter's new school shoes was cancelled. The store cancelled the order due to timing out. The crazy thing is only one of the 3 pairs of shoes timed out. The other two pairs of shoes had just been mailed to the store from the warehouse on Friday and I had an email stating to pick them up my Friday, Aug 16th. I was supposed to pick them up by Saturday, Aug 10th but unfortunately I was displaced due to not having lights and did not return home from the West Side until late Sunday, Aug 11th! Disappointed is an understatement and I will be purchasing elsewhere! The manager I spoke to was just way too nonchalant for me!

Selection was not great. Sizes were limited. Nobody speaks to you. They don't even offer you a bag. Juggling shoe boxes, while while digging for keys and unlocking doors, so the company can save less than a penny on that plastic bag, is not worth it to me. I was so annoyed, I ended up returning the shoes and buying from Marshall's next door.

Staff member there (I wish I could remember her name) was so sweet and helpful for my exchange I needed done. She made sure all of my original discounts applied (even though their system was being very slow) and even gifted me an additional discount for the mishap. Great store!

I will not or ever order anything from them agine I heard so many war stories from people that order from them and had it shipped bye FedEx,, I been tracking my order and it got to pa and been there since the 17 and and has not moved ,,ups and Amazon could of had to me in 3 days time to post and blast dsw and show pics of where it's been sitting

I feel like the shoes they have are made a lower quality for this store? I ordered shoes online, new balance, and they just felt really cheap compared to my old ones. They were dirty, customer service shipped me a new pair with no questions asked, and I returned the others to the store. I bought new insoles for them, still not as comfortable as my old ones' same type ( freshfoam) .

Just wanted to get a pair of Chuck Taylor's but they weren't in the store in my size. Ordered them for delivery to the store and it became complicated- canceled the order. Seemed easy transaction but guess it wasn't.
