I was in town visiting friends for a few days when my charging port on my iPhone 8 finally gave out . The repair guy I usually use back in PA was hesitant about repairing it previously so when I was told they would have it done in an hour I was amazed. Not only was it done but it works better than when I bought this phone refurbished online. I HIGHLY recommend them !!!! I’m a happy customer Price was quoted upfront and worth every penny for quality work. Thanks

I brought my phone in to get a charging port fixed they fried the motherboard so the phone doesn't work at all anymore refused to give a refund for breaking my phone even more terrible place don't bring your electronics there

This store is now just called phone repair and is in the colonial plaza down the street. Probably changes names due to horrible customer service. I Went in with a phone that needed unlocked for service carrier, had been back and forth between carriers for months. Musafa promised he could fix it in an hour. Then it was by the end of the day. Then it was in 10-14 business days after I had paid him for the hour service. I came back to retrieve the phone after 17 days, he wasn't at this store, he was at another and left a friend that knew nothing in charge. Came back 2 more times when instructed, and he could not find my phone at first. When finally found, he had lost the magnetic cover to the phone case and had not been able to unlock the service still!! He told me to give him a few more days and he would also ask the software company that didn't work for his money back. If he got his money back, he would refund me. I left with my phone and told him I would be back for a refund. He hasn't been at that store since. By the way, the "unlocking" service was $100. I had friends buy 2 used phones from him for $400 a piece and neither worked after a month. No refunds there either. My guess is he'll relocate and do it again somewhere else in Mentor
