I called and they picked up. That’s huge for me considering not many places pick up the phone. I was able to get seen very quickly. Kelsie gave me a warm welcome and helped with my terminal bolt. Told me what my car needed. And provided great service. It’s the little things, thank you! If I ever was in the area I would definitely come back again!!

Appointments seem to have no meaning here. Made an appointment several days in advance for 10am and dropped the car off at 9:30 and let them know I needed it back at noon. Came back at 12:15 and they hadn't even started yet. Only came due a recommendation, and wouldn't recommend.

They were efficient, friendly and professional. I had just brought in for a pile change and asked if I could schedule a day next week for tire rotation? I was told if I wanted why bring it back? If you want we can do today? I was told I’d be out in an hour - exactly 1 hour later I was driving g away. I will have my brakes replaced there in the spring g - my new place for oil change and tire rotation - all things for my car.

I have been having continuous problems with the check engine light on my car after repairs were made. The last time I brought my car in I was blown off after my car was there for 3 days. When I got in the check engine light was still on. I felt they didn't want to deal with the issue because it would be a warranty repair. This isn't the first time they did this to me
