I went in I usually yap about what they do wrong and they get annoyed so I stayed quiet the whole time didn’t peep just trusted the process and when he said done I was so disappointed in what I got the price the extra $20? For the rounded French tip when straight is $7 how is that a fair price difference that’s outrageous me and my younger sister paid $180 for both of our nails to come out like complete shit I will never be going back here again here’s what I got vs what I asked for a big difference how can you send someone out your shop looking like this? I’m very disappointed

I went here today for the first time and I was unimpressed but it explained why I barely see any business in there. The environment was unfriendly the manager seemed irritated I had my own polish . The older lady did a nice job on my pedi but my nails were uneven the polish was sloppy. She wasn’t friendly , she kept snatching my hand or foot when doing them.
While getting my pedi a lady came in and asked do i frequent there i said no my first time here , she says in response it’s not really friendly here is it I said no but I’m here now and I didn’t realize it right away . She said ok I thought it may have been just me so I asked . I’m leaving and she told two other people as she was walking out and they left as well .
I did call back up there maybe 45 minutes after I left I had to be somewhere or I would have addressed how I felt while I was there . The manager did apologize and asked if I wanted to come back . I said no because of the environment. Wouldn’t you think he would have refunded me something since I wasn’t comfortable coming back .
He said thank you I’ll speak to her instead and left it at that .

Should have known that I shouldn’t stay when NO ONE WAS THERE. Not only was this the worst pedicure with barely anything included but they charged me 20 EXTRA FOR GEL!!!! Are you kidding me?!????!!? Worst ever…do not ever go here

A total rip off!!! Do not go they will tell you that they’ll give you a price at the end of your service and up charge you $30-$40 over what you asked for/what they have posted as their prices. I came in for a full-set with gel polish color French tip and a gel pedicure and was charged $150

I rated this place 1 star but would rate it a 0 if I could. Don't ever go in on a Monday because the tiny rude nail tech works, she always has an attitude and caught her mulitple times laughing and talking about me. Never had a worse experience with a tech in my life. If you can request Amy she's one the best there not the other female.

I got a pedicure and a manicure with gel polish. The pedicure toenail shape is not square or round and not symmetrical. Polish looks 5/10 on toes. One day after I got the services the gel polish on my nails began coming off. Typically when I get gel polish it stays on for 4 weeks! I always get white tips, far down on my nail bed and they look great for 4 weeks. Not at this place. Terrible job. Do not recommend. Over the years this place has went way down in quality. 0 stars. Do not recommend. It’s ridiculous to spend 100$ and have the nails not last a day.

Horrible paint job, still lumpy, didn’t smooth my nail. Never again. Charged an extra 15$ paid 63$ and got super short nails . Awful job. Changed price at counter.

My nails were done very poorly. The shape was all over the place. I had to fix it when I got home. The woman doing my nails was rude and unprofessional. She was on the phone and kept getting angry at me for the way I would place my hands in front of her. I would never recommend this place. It was an awful experience and a waste of money.

Got a manicure as a walk in on Sunday, March 24th. By Tuesday, the gel polish was starting to lift on the sides. Now, one whole nail color completely came off. Paid almost $50, before tip, to get a rush job. I know I was a walk in, but come on. Service has gone down hill.

This place is horrible! $50 for a pedicure and got nothing that was supposed to be included except shaving my heels. No massage no cuticles cut no lavender soak and my nails are not polished on the sides. The older lady that did my pedicure does not understand a word of English which explains why she didn’t understand when I asked her to polish my entire nail!! The top coat was a joke too which half of my nail was painted and just dabbed my pinky toes. She did put the hot towels on and left them on till they were ice cold so I took them off myself because my legs were freezing. I am not cheap and I gladly pay for my services, the owner said the polish looked pretty close to all polished and that it’s not possible to paint the entire nail. I’m not a pro and have no problems polishing the entire nail. Don’t waste your money, you will have to fix it when you get home as I will be doing the same. Lesson learned!!!!

The place isn’t worth your money. Not everyone but the people that “helped me” there are very rude and are of absolutely no help. Just wanted polish on my toes, was even givin a menu that I pointed at said what I wanted and they still tried to do way more then what i was asking. Then when I corrected the nail tech, and told her that I just wanted polish. Who ever the guy is that works in there is very rude, and said “are you kidding me” to me after stating many times what I wanted done. Very disrespectful, the floors were also very gross, not well kept throughout the day either. Was just over all a horrible time. And the sad part is me and my friends came in wanting a full set and a fill, we didn’t even want to spend anymore money with business.. do better
