“We just purchased a Christmas trees and ornaments from this store. The tree is beautiful and wasn’t cheap but for the amount that we paid for it, the tree looks beautiful. They had tons of options for ornaments. Store was neatly stocked and had tons of stock of all things. They also had a huge selection of Christmas inflatables”

“I cried with the employees at the Ashtabula location when it closed. I was a 1-2x weekly regular. I immediately panicked about how I would get my yarn, with this Joann being a 40 minute drive away. An hour if you don’t take the highway.
Today, I made it for a pickup with ONE minute to spare. The door was already locked. I crossed my fingers and called. They answered and brought my order out to the door. It was a small act of kindness, but it saved me so much time and made all the difference. ❤️”
