“Started off excellent , promises made on deadline of completion of pendant 1 month away birthday gift. 1st day after deadline drove up to see delay (not completed ) received phone call that week done. Apon pickup work was not done as on work order sheet, they said they can send it back to alter. I accepted it as is. They did not have the paperwork ready (warranty specs ) from jeweler for me to give my daughter who lives 600 miles away. 2 weeks later I drove up again and asked (whats up) different lady found documents needed and that was the end of it. I missed my daughter birthday & giving her the gift from dad on time. I felt like once they had my money - out of site out of mind.”
“I've been a loyal but sparse customer since 1998 when Tim designed my wedding ring. 10 years later I divorced and traded in the gorgeous ring for a ruby (my birthstone). I am going back to have him recreate the original wedding ring because I loved it so much. Tim has an artistic eye and listens to his customer. This is hard to find in a chain jewelry store and I will never buy from one of them. Tim is the artist and I am as well. Together we are going to make something exciting. I'm not rich in money but rich in honoring local artisans. Tim is one. Value is in the eye of the beholder. Labs are great for the newer generation, real is for us ol' folks. Learn about gems, diamonds and know you are no longer abusing the less privileged because diamonds and the like have been in circulation for centuries. Leonard DiCaprio supports labs. We have a yellow lab and a jack russell. That's our lab preference. Lol and good eyes.”
