Went there for art supplies for my niece. They had some of what I wanted but were oddly bereft of basics, such as pencil sharpeners. The staff seemed put out and almost overtly refused to help.

I cried with the employees at the Ashtabula location when it closed. I was a 1-2x weekly regular. I immediately panicked about how I would get my yarn, with this Joann being a 40 minute drive away. An hour if you don’t take the highway.
Today, I made it for a pickup with ONE minute to spare. The door was already locked. I crossed my fingers and called. They answered and brought my order out to the door. It was a small act of kindness, but it saved me so much time and made all the difference. ❤️

They have a huge variety of craft items to bad they moved and are no longer in Mentor..cant go anymore now

Very rude employees. I went there to return a peice of cut fabric that wasn't needed. I waited in line for 10 minutes with only one cashier working. When I got up to the counter finally another cashier came up. An older woman. The young man at the counter told me that I had to go back to the fabric counter first so that they could measure the fabric. I asked if I could come back to the same register after I walk all the way back to the fabric counter to have my fabric measured and he and the older woman said that I'd have to go back and wait in the long line of at least 12 people again. So why should I have to run all around the store and do their job to make a simple return???? This is the only retail store that I had such a difficult time processing a return. They have no problem taking your money, but make it difficult to return an item. My family and I will never shop here again. We will definitely go to hobby lobby instead.

Drove all around town looking for cardboard numbers and found number 8 at one store and number 3 at another store! A team member was even nice enough to hold the 3 for me!

Went there todayGot what I neededMusic was horrible ? and cranked up way too loud.. Asked a young cashier, number 858629 why music was so loud, she replied it's not now on when music came back on.. I am way older than her and her disrespect attitude towards me. These younger generations are just disrespectful ?
