Like other brands and branches KeyBank has fallen well short of quality customer support. Sadly after a minor $40 Oversight my 10 year account has been closed with apparently no processes or escalations with KeyBank other than awwee tooo bad. Welp complete makeover as I explore my banking options. One of the managers at this location sadly not proactive in any approach to resolution other than a loss of business.

All staff are very friendly at this branch. Simone helped me earlier this year open a checking and savings account and was very informative and helpful. Sieola always has a smile on her face and is an amazing and friendly teller!

I had to get some basic information so as to be able to facilitate a certain banking function. The person I dealt with was not only rude she was totally misinformed regarding the banks policy with respect to the matter of my inquiry. When I got home, I called a different branch. In a matter of minutes I was given the correct information. If you don't want to be treated like excrement avoid this branch.

Friendly staff but this location is SO. SLOW. I've waited 20 minutes for a deposit when I was the first vehicle in line. Yes, there's a line inside but there is also one outside. Divide your time - it's not like it comes as a surprise that Friday afternoons are busy.
