Just left the branch. The teller was completely useless and should look into retirement homes. I went to withdrawal $20 from the ATM and got $1! I explained this to her but her comprehension is lacking. Pretty sure I'll be contacting legal council.

Lady who helped me was a little confused at first, but once I explained that I was transitioning, she was entirely respectful and used my preferred name for the rest of the transaction. Thank you for making my life easier.

Extremely slow and every time I have gone I have had an issue with my deposits. Will avoid this branch even though it is closest to my location. Madison branch is fantastic.
