Not to mention the courteous staff who made sure to greet me as soon as I arrived. All though my time here was very brief (thank you!!) it left a lasting impression on me that there are still people out there who are still passionate about their line of work. “I had a great experience at this branch on Monday, 12/18. I went in to cash a check; the teller Anna was very polite and helpful. While at her station, I saw an informational flyer about high rate CDs, which she gave me further information on and contacted a loan officer to assist me further. That’s when I met with Ray, who was efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. All in all, I cashed my check and was able to open a 7-month CD in under 15 minutes. Very grateful for this branch.”

“I’m in the process of buying a new car and I had to get a cashiers check? I didn’t even know what that was, and it was for a lot of money so I was a little nervous from the get go. On top of that, I lost my debit card, I had checks that needed to be deposited, money transferred from one account to another… I was prepared to be there for awhile. Payton helped me out and made the experience not only super smooth, but super fast too! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and I didn’t even have to wait for the new card to come in the mail.. Everyone was very friendly and the free candy iced the cake!!!”

Pam has helped me and my family many times in many ways. She may have had a bad day but probably was just following the banks rules even if she didn't agree with them.
