At checkout I did a return and purchased 3 items. Sarah was very friendly and helpful and made sure I received all the discounts I was qualified to redeem.

The place seemed clean and well organized, but the help that I received from the manager about a kohls cash that I was supposed to receive after spending well over $50, she wasn't very helpful. She just kept telling me that it will automatically appear in my wallet on the kohls app beause i used the self checkout, which didnt make sense because you have to scan or manually type in the coupon to be added to the wallet. I made sure to put in my email so I would receive my kohls cash....it's been well over 2 weeks, manager told me I should get it in my kohls app on the 24th.... I still haven't received it. Not on my email or the app. I even contacted customer service and they were no help at all either. So needless to say, I never got my kohls cash that I was supposed to get. I won't ever use the self checkout again.

Drove all the way here for a online pickup order, arrived at 9:40pm, and the doors are locked. Close time is 10pm but guess they closed early... Last day for pickup.

The retail store is fine. It’s clean and shopping has been easy there before. However, the Amazon return line is ridiculous. Twice I have gone there to return items. Both times, same associate, the line was incredibly slow. She seemed to have little idea what she was doing, despite someone training her both times two weeks apart. Today I arrive with a line ten people long, and it took ten minutes to move one spot. I left without doing the return. It took much too long.

We went because my wife had to pay her bill, things were all changed around with no sign for customer service. She did alot of roaming around and searching.

Hate the new cashier set up always a long line & not enough cashiers. They have one person trying to get people to come to the self check out.. not a good setup!

Mentor Kohl's new checkouts are ridiculous up against the wall! They put a lot of people out of work with many self checkouts! People were confused on how to get to the manned checkouts against the wall! Christmas will be a disaster! Not sure I'll be back!

The new check out system does not work for handicap people. Money could be spent on automatic doors, like their other stores have.

I really don't like the new check-out system. There was a long line for check out and a bunch of expensive self-check out machines doing nothing.
