This was the first time someone listened to me when asked the question “which arm” and I said “I’ve been told going through my hand is easiest because I’m a hard stick” She THANKED ME for letting her know and that amazing woman got it done!! One stick…tubes filled fast….and we talked about kids and college and medical professions. 10/10 I won’t go anywhere else!”
