Terrible experience. Staff could have cared less about my needs. Go to the Men's Wearhouse in North Canton as it puts this one to shame. Will never go to this store location again.

Mikayla was amazing! My groom's tux didn't fit right two days before our wedding, and she was able to get him the correct sizes just in time for our wedding. We are forever grateful!

People were great and very friendly, due to staffing issues felt rushed Everytime I went there. But waited 20-30 mins to even be seen (again not the employees fault) but on wedding day nothing for correctly. The pants don't have belt loops so good luck keeping them on the whole time. They would loosen up because of poor design. My vest was moronic I couldn't take the jacket off because the vest had no back? But the other groomsmen and groom did. Tie never fit correctly so was being chocked even after adjusting it still wasn't large enough. For the price mind you was 300$ but if you join rewards it's 40 or 50$ off so obviously joined. I have had better pricing and luck by smaller rental places then this place. Seriously get multiple prices for your suit. It's 2023 they can get the same suit wherever you go for cheaper.

I'll add to all the one star reviews here. Bought two suits years ago. Supposed to have lifetime alterations. But thier computer system only goes back 2 years? So want you to pay for new alterations and then act like you're being cheap when you disagree. Also wouldn't help with a purchase. Because I need a tall size, they tell you to just shop online? Custom clothing store? I think not. Both Mentor and Mayfield stores don't care. Corporate apologies up and down over the phone. But zero help in the stores. Go to Terriaco or another custom store. This company is zero help. Laziness and ignorance.

i just spent close to $900 on a suit for a wedding and the moronic lady who does the Tailoring for the suits was only suppose to Tailor the sleeves some on the suit coat but she took the suit coat in and now it looks ridiculous whether its buttoned or unbuttoned .

Musty looking yellow tinge on the (originally white) inside of my suit pants. 280$ for poorly a poorly fitting outfit that’s probably been worn over 100 times .

I wish I could give this review 0 stars.I visited the Mentor Men's Wearhouse this morning in the hopes of finding the perfect tuxedo for my wedding, however I was met with this worst customer service imaginable. The store was decently busy when I first got there (roughly 15 minutes after opening), and after approximately 20 minutes of waiting and looking around the store, I decided that it might be easier if I came back in a little bit. After running a few errands, I returned and thankfully the store was much less busy (3 parties total, myself included). I spoke with one of the other parties (2 males) who I had noticed in the store when I was there prior, and they mentioned that they had been waiting for almost an hour and a half. We finally were able to speak with one of the store associates (associate 1) who directed the two guys to the only other store associate (associate 2) for their fitting. I then explained to associate 2 that I was there to look at tuxedos and was hoping to work with them to understand my options as I wanted to purchase my tuxedo outright. If I was able to find something that I was interested in, I was hoping to purchase 8 additional tuxedos. Associate 2 then also directed me to associate 1 and said that he was unable to help me.Associate 1 explained to associate 2 the situation. Associate 2 told me she was busy and I would have to wait. I'm a patient person so I had no problem waiting for my turn, even though another party had came in and associate 2 indicated she would be helping them first. After a few minutes, Associate 2 said that they were behind because the other associate was a trainee and it would be awhile so I should leave and come back (something I already did) or I could go to another location. I said that I had no problem waiting. I loafed around for a few minutes (the store was not very large, so you could look at everything in 15 minutes or so) and waited for my turn, however I was soon met with a comment from Associate 2: "Standing there staring at me won't make me go any faster" and that I could come back later when there were more associates if I had a problem. I told the associate that I had no problem waiting and that I couldn't return later in the day. The associate responded by snapping at me and demanding that I not "use that tone". Associate 2 huffed off with the two guys to complete their fitting. While I continued to wait, Associate 1 came back to the area and I asked politely if associate 2 was ok? I understand that there were multiple parties before and I don't have a problem waiting around. Associate 1 regurgitated my statement about there being a lot of people earlier and that associate 2 was just "flustered". I said ok and continued to wait.Associate 2 came back from the fitting area to grab some jackets and trying to lighten the situation, I attempted to sympathize with her while she was still huffing and sorting through jackets. "Do the fittings normally take awhile?" I was continuing to try and say that I understand how backed up it can get (I worked in food service for a long time), however I was promptly cut-off and then verbally berated about how "she doesn't know a time frame" and to "not speak to her that way". At this point, I was quiet honestly appalled because I had been nothing but kind and courteous to both employees. Before I could say anything else, associate 2 demanded that I leave the store. I tried getting her name or card (I never had the chance to earlier since we hadn't started working together yet) yet she refused to answer anything else. She cut me off and demanded for me to leave or else the police would be getting a phone call.I have never been so rudely addressed and this associates employment is a complete stain on Men's Wearhouse's reputation. I walked into that store hoping to spend thousands of dollars for my wedding, and left never wanting to go back again. Please reconsider other establishments before visiting this one.

I was warned. I was told not to go to the Mentor MW because of one person; the manager. Talk about a terrible experience; we never got notified our son's prom tux was in. When we called, we got the manager who doesn't belong in a retail setting. She was rude and condescending to my wife. She publicly displays frustration and clearly doesn't want to be there. Tux was wrong as well. I had to miss work in order to get it to my son the day of his prom. MW ensures us we will get a refund, but I'll never go back to that store. Sad, as I planned to go here for my wedding suits this summer. Corporate customer service was great at handling this situation. The store has some really good employees who truly care about the experience, but the manager does a spectacular job of ruining their hard work.

I was part of a wedding and the grooms and groomsmens tux/suits were not ready in time. The grooms measurements were all messed up and he was told to come back the day of the wedding to meet up with the tailor to fix the problem. Everything turned out ok but the staff was rude and very uncaring about the whole situation.

I've been impressed every time I've been in there. Good service, and have been very accommodating when in a time crunch. I've found that they have the nicest stuff for competitive/ better prices when compared to Dillard's or JCPenney.

The staff is either rude or confused. The pricing is not great. Kind of a weird environment being in there. I don't feel comfortable spending thousands of dollars on a suit when the entire store is littered with pins on the ground. Be careful when you're in the dressing-room changing.
