Dr. Radel is amazing! A very great doctor. I will be back to see her, although the billing is questionable as I was billed $75 initially and paid, then months and months later they decided to randomly bill me $25 without any reasoning.

Dr Kannensohn is so thorough and honest. I love his care for my entire family. He has cared for 3 of my 4 children and from day one I have always been met with the utmost integral treatment. He even has a great team alongside him. I recommend him for any pediatric care. He is a phenomenal physician.

Check in is fast and service is fast. Usually very seamless and nice people. This last time tho…I’ve never had to take in my printed lab order before cause it’s always in the system and it’s never been an issue but this time they were very dramatic about it and expected me to know information about lab orders that mean nothing to mean. They ran around talking about not being able to find my order in their system like I was lying about having lab orders. Turns out they just missed the specific test on the papers they were able to pull up. I had been told to come back before 11 for my tests the previous week, so I came at 10:30 and the lady was like “ugh I told her to come early am last time” which was not the case. Just take your physical paper work and don’t assume the are keeping up with other hospitals like the Cleveland Clinic in 2023 or prepare to feel shamed.

I love Dr. Detore, he is one of the most genuine doctors I've had the pleasure of seeing and would recommend him to anyone. Not only does he have an abundance of knowledge and compassion but he actively listens and cares..the offices, not so much. I made an appointment back in February (I had to wait several weeks for) just to become an established patient so I could see Dr. Detore in the future, well they put me with a nurse practitioner and did not tell me that I wouldn't be an established patient with Detore. So when I called to schedule with Detore, they told me "it doesn't work that way" and that I'd have to wait over a year just to be able to see him. By then I'll be off my parent's insurance so it looks like I won't be seeing him again or this campus. Communicating with the offices has never been a pleasant or smooth experience. Fantastic doctor though, just continuously disappointed by the offices.

I have lived in this area since 1984- I will go nowhere else for labs, outpatient surgery, and diagnostics, and the doctors who have offices here. Beautiful campus, registration kiosks are simple to use, registration reps are helpful and warm, quickly stepped up to help at the kiosk. Techs in radiology today were friendly, empathetic, and very quick, they know their job well. I was very pleased

Worst medical attention I’ve ever received. I was released with just a prescription and crutches and told “you should be fine” . I immediately turned to Cleveland clinic and turns out i had a fractured hip , fractured bones under my eye, a concussion, with resulted in myself needing surgery the very next day . DO NOT TRUST THIS AWFUL NEGLIGENT PEOPLE AT ALL !!!!!
