I got my iPad fixed at a shop that was cheaper boy do I regret doing that because I took it to matt for him to fix it right. He opened up the device parts/screws were missing cheap parts were used. Matt fixed everything brand new. Matt may be a couple dollars more expensive but you’ll be paying to get it fixed twice when he has to fix the other repair men lol. Come here to get it done fast and right no corners cut!!! I will now only come here for device issues he’s a stand up guy and very honest and that’s hard to find in this business

So happy I found the correct store to fix my iPhone. I walked into an establishment near Mentor IPhone repair and felt very nervous by the lack of a clean work space. Looked very unorganized. Luckily was able to get a hold of the friend that told me about Mentor IPhone repair and was told it’s right next to Cirillas and a tattoo shop. Screen was fixed in an hour and mind you this was during their Christmas Rush! So impressed and thank you! Also very clean and friendly!

Skylar and Chris were great! They fixed my iPhone in 45 minutes. The costumer service was great. They are very kind and welcoming and are very helpful; not just trying to sell you something you don’t need. Reasonable prices.

I had some major software issue with my son’s phone the other day, that my phone carrier couldn’t fix. They suggested I go here, so I didn’t have to spend half the day going to the Apple Store. Great customer service and he was able to get it fixed in like 20 minutes, if that. I’m very appreciative! They also have a ton of nice phone cases and different accessories.
