We overall had a good experience recently when our previous car had a major issue and left us scrambling to look at our options last minute late at night. Our sales person Sarah was very calm, practical and helpful. She was professional for her position, but she wasn’t pushy and unreasonable with any of her responses. She was able to find us a decent car within our budget under what was really a worst case scenario for us as buyers since we were very unprepared monetarily. Any time she would come back with an answer that my wife and I were uncomfortable with, we could tell it was honestly from someone else. We did unfortunately have a couple issues with our contract monthly payment being altered after leaving the building, but that is being worked out. Overall, we would recommend this dealership and we highly recommend Sarah as your sales person and Kia as a brand.

Being greeter by a young man and very good nice to deal with. Got sort of what I wanted for my trades and good price of the vehicle I purchased. Finance man was very helpful. All around good experience!

After an initially less than stellar experience that left me with no desire to ever return after buying our 7th car at this location, I can say all was rectified hastily. The customer relations manager Dee reached out to me to discuss our experience and to make it right for us, which they did, and even went above and beyond. I can certainly appreciate their desire to keep their loyal customers happy and coming back. While I wish we didn't have to have the experience we did in the first place, I can say wholeheartedly that they genuinely care about the customers and will treat you right. Thank you Dee, and thank you to our salesperson John Henry, go see them both

Absolutely horrible experience. Prior to Ken Ganley taking ownership of this location, I had purchased 6 cars from this location with the same salesperson from 2006-2020. Wife needed a new car so we decided to look. To my dismay, my previous salesperson had left the dealer and was no longer working here. That didn't stop us from at least looking. We found a Sportage that she liked, took it for a test drive, and decided we would likely buy it but were waiting to hear from the service dept to see exactly how much her old car would cost to fix encase it was economical. We told the salesperson we would be back on Saturday at a specified time and we would make our decision.Fast forward to that Saturday, we arrived and the salesperson was not available. Ok no big deal. He stopped over and checked with us while we were in the waiting area at least. During that time I said I wanted them to value her car for a trade as it was worth a lot more than I had thought, and I wanted a price break on the new car (a used 2021 Sportage). Buying 6 and now a 7th Kia is the definition of loyalty and my previous salesperson did not sell me a single car without a discount, even my last brand new car I was given $500 off window price, and the ridiculously overpriced Kia premium floor mats for free.Once it was our turn at the desk I was told that they valued her car at "2500 but bumped it up to 3000" I got a Carmax offer for 4700 and KBB private party was $6000+. I get it they have to make money but whatever. For convenience I thought it might just be worth it to just take. Then they said they "can't do anything on the car because its aggressively priced". At this point I just wanted out of there as this entire process was 4.5 hours long, which is ridiculous. After we go over financing, pay the down payment we are sitting for 20+ minutes and salesperson comes over and her new car was driven into another car being driven by another employee while driving it around the lot. So now there is a giant hole in the bumper and its beat up. Reluctantly we agree to still take the car after they said they will send it to the body shop and "it will look better than before". We were told we would be contacted but that it should be ready by the 8th, 4 days later. Well 4 days go by with 0 communication or transparency. I called and left a message for the sales manager, which never returned my call. At this point her trade in is already listed on the website for sale for $7995 ($5000 more then they gave me, so telling me they couldn't do anything is nonsense) and we still don't have her new car.I texted the salesperson telling him while I understand that accidents happen but they have to realize the level of disappointment and frustration and that we should be due SOME kind of compensation, didn't ask for anything specific. He messages back saying it will be ready the following day, not the 8th as originally stated. Wife goes in to get it without me yesterday, finally leaves with it. She calls and tells me they didn't even give her a full tank of gas (standard since the beginning of time, they left it with less than 1/2 tank). I saw the car for the first time today, this repair looks like garbage. Uneven seams, chips in the black plastic insert in the front of the bumper, a large crack in that same insert that has a cheap repair job done on it vs replacing it, rush job obviously and is not even as good as previous let alone better.There is absolutely zero chance I return to this place for another car or recommend it to anyone without a manager contacting me and taking care of this whole debacle. I've been in customer service over 20 years, you do not treat loyal customers this way.

I had a great experience and got fitted with a new car. I really had a great sales experience with Sarah! She helped provide me with all the information I needed to know and helped me feel so confident when buying and I am certain she was the best person I could have asked for to help me through everything I needed to know. Recently, my wife decided that she was ready for a new car. Currently, she has a 2011 Kia soul Plus that she bought brand new back in the day, however, while the car looks and runs great, it has no technology or current safety options. She liked the size of the new 2024 Kia seltas EX AWD, so she decided to make some appointments and take a look at what the dealers were offering on their lot!We also went online and decided to check out some cars on the internet... Were we surprised by the response of dealerships calling us to set appointments with us!One of those dealerships that reached out to us was Ken ganley Kia mentor. So, while we were out taking care of some Saturday morning chores, we set an appointment to come and visit with them!When we pulled up, there was the exact car as we had described to their appointment setter... A 2024 Kia sell toss EX AWD, in Snow White Pearl color ❣️?It was love at first sight for my wife and her potentially next new car! We talked with a salesman named Jacob and went over some of the parameters, but we didn't test drive it yet... I just wanted to get some info into judge my salesman and the dealerships first impression! ?So, we stepped inside the showroom to discuss some of the purchase options that were available to us! They presented various options, including the idea of a lease for that vehicle! But, my wife was sold on the fact that she wants to own her next car, just like she did with her previous vehicle!This went on, back and forth for a while and we could not come to a mutual agreement! We had other stops to make, so, we decided to check out what other dealers had available and we will keep them notified on our decisions!Here was what sold us with this dealership: their sales manager, Tony called us the next day and ask, so, how close are we to making a deal? I thought this was a very professional move on his behalf and I told him what I think we needed to come back in and further examine those purchase options he presented to us! He agreed. ?My wife and I came back in and went over what would be the best purchase option for her! We then filled out a profile and ran a credit check... My wife has 877 preferred credit, a substantial down payment and we decided to just keep our old vehicle, instead of trading it in! We found the vehicle she wanted, the payment she wanted and the respect that we deserved from our new car dealership purchase I'll be honest, I wouldn't have given them much of a second thought if it weren't for their sales manager, Tony having the professionalism and salesmanship to give me a call to see what he needed to do to make a deal happen between us! Way to go, Tony ❣️?Other dealerships should really take notice... This is how it should be done ‼️ ?

Awesome experience today getting my car serviced. Erica was very helpful and friendly and ensured I had my vehicle serviced in a timely manner so my weekend plans weren't shot. She needs a raise or a promotion! Tech Devon did an awesome job and even washed the car when it was done. I won't go anywhere else for service. It's refreshing to see a dealership that will actually make the visit a positive one

10/10 experience! My saleswoman was Angelina and she was great with communicating before and during the process and listened to what I wanted in my price range and helped me get the best possible deal. I’m very satisfied with what I left the dealership with and didn’t spend anything more than what I told them I could. So if you need a new or used car or even trade, I highly recommend them!

I bought a certified pre-owned Kia forte from ken Ganley on April 28th. On June 7th my car would not start. I had it towed up there and they said it was because of an aftermarket remote start ( that was in the vehicle when I bought it). They tried to charge me over $500 to remove it. They removed it and the car still did not start (My remote start did not get put back in) I was told the car was fixed after they removed it and got a call on my way to pick it up the next day that my car still was not running. WEEKS after many unreturned phone calls I was told my wiring harness needed replaced. They tried to charge me for it and said it wasn't covered under warranty even tho I have every warranty you could possibly get (they ended up covering the costs after I let them know I was speaking with a lawyer). They finally ordered the part (from Korea) and it took weeks of waiting for the part and then they finally just got the part from the dealership in Columbus ( which they could have done in the first place). They finally fixed my car after having it for over 2 months. Then I pick it up and get home and realize all the damage they did. They scratched my speaker cover on the dash and the material around it with whatever they used to pry the panel up, , my rear defroster did not work, there was glue or grease? on my windshield, my husband had to pop panels back into place and the door seals. Overall we have had a terrible experience with this dealership, mainly service. They are extremely unprofessional, and terrible with customer service. Update: it has now been over 5 months that's ken ganley has had my car. They called me and told me my car was ready and their damages were fixed. They told me they fixed my dash so I asked for pictures before I wasted my time and drove over an hour to get there. They sent me the pictures and they did not do anything to my dash. It has the exact same marks in it and they were going to return it to me the same way. The only thing they fixed was the rear defroster, which was not broken until they messed with my wiring harness. I'm finally getting it back today October 14th and all they offered me for keeping my car this long is a oil change.

I couldn’t be more pleased with all the hard work Nick the finance manager did for me. I never felt more important at a dealership. I didn’t feel like just another sale or customer. Also Jacob on the sales team was great. Explained everything was very polite and knowledgeable and didn’t rush through things. Made sure I was out on time to be to work. Thank you for getting me into my new 2023 Kia Sportage. I absolutely love it ?

Bought a used vehicle end of July. On test drive air was not cold, asked them to charge it. It had been previously charged, according to the Carfax. Signed papers, no AC. Three days later all dash lights came on. A day later it wouldn't start. Called salesman, he said what do you expect for buying a used car, and hung up. Car was in the shop for a month. Got an updated Carfax, AC was never charged. The vehicle needed a new fuse box. I never received the title in the mail. Called salesman and he said that it was mailed a month ago and you are SOL. Called the dealership manager he emailed me the title. I told him about the salesman's attitude and having to get the car fixed. We agreed on a few dealership oil changes to offset what I had to pay. Was supposed to email me something regarding that. Just asked me not to say anything bad about the dealership. I never heard back from him. So here I am. I would highly recommend that no one buy a used car from here. Lying, horrible service, treatment was deplorable.

Had an amazing experience here! Walt helped me get exactly the car I wanted and Marley was very fast getting my paperwork completed. This is the quickest I ever bought a car. Everyone I met here was friendly and professional. I will be referring anyone looking for a car to Ken Ganley Kia Mentor!!!

Simon was a splendid young man. Pretty dapper young chap if I do say so myself. Simon took his time to show me the ins and outs of my vehicle and did his best to get me to an affordable price that worked for me. Easily my most enjoyable experience buying a vehicle, as most of mine in the past with other sales people have been sub par. I strongly suggest giving Simon a call if you're looking for a seamless and honest experience. I know I will be coming back for my car buying needs in the future.
