I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I love my hygienist at Mentor smiles. I had some work done, and the doctor and the assistant always made sure I was okay.
The ladies at the front desk are always very nice and very helpful . Thank you for everything you do Mentor smiles!

Amazing, I have been in pain for 4 months and don’t have insurance they were able to help me figure things out and get me in with in 30 mins of my call and get the treatment procedure I needed that day. I’m so thankful

I went to Mentor Smiles today for a cleaning and the great professional people that work at Mentor Smiles saw a more or less an abscessed tooth that needed immediate extraction, and without delay they together made it happen...VERY PROFESSIONAL TEAM!...ALL the way Around...unbelievable!..🥰

The hygienist and Dentist were incredibly kind, professional and considerate. They took great care of me, were thorough, and answered all of my questions. They took great office was very clean, bright, and well cared for. I had a very positive experience for my cleaning, x-rays and oral exam.

I can't speak to the quality of their service because I didn't get that far. I contacted them because I received a mailer for their 4-on-4 dental implant. I've done a lot of research on this and want to get done. It can be a game changer for the quality of a person's life. It is a very pricey procedure and considered cosmetic, so most, if not all the costs fall to the patient. For a single arch, it can range between $10-25, 000. Anyway, it took around 3 weeks just to get in for the consultation. I was asked to arrive early for paperwork, which I did. I sat there for 45 minutes without even being acknowledged. I watched 4 people leave and only one other woman came in for a cleaning who got up and asked how long it would take after she waited 30 minutes. I know things happen and sometimes there are emergencies, but that didn't seem to be the case there. Maybe I'm jaded but if I'm going to spend over $10,000+ dollars of my hard-earned cash I expect to be treated better. So I walked to the desk and said I was leaving and asked for my insurance and medical form back. She made a copy of them and I said, no give me all my paperwork back, she said she couldn't because I was registered as a patient. A patient? I never even got past the lobby! I don't even think that's legal due to healthcare privacy laws. But they kept them. So long story short, more power to them if they can turn people away over bad service.
