Love this place. I miss Jeff when he was there. But this place is great. This store simply has everything. And the customer service is perfect. However nobody is there anymore and we are all forced to drive all the way to Mayfield and microcenter. I sure do wish this store was always open.

Just want to say. Wow to the service and great work these people do. I remember a employee named Jeff keltto who was the next bill gates lol he was amazing. I am going to microlink Monday praying that they have this important part for my HP laptop it's a HDD connector for my Omen HP laptop it's a common part so I pray that they have it. I would go to this computer store first before any other.

I damaged the screen on my laptop and thought I had to replace the computer.. Then I remembered I had seen MicroLink on Mentor Ave.. I stopped by and talked to the owner and he said if the computer itself was OK he could replace the screen. Problem solved and it works like new. Hope I don't have any other problems but if I do I know where to go to have them fixed. Good service at a fair price.
