Thursday Jan. 16th. I stopped in autozone next door to get a blinker bulb for my malibu. I asked the employees if there was anyone who could help me replace it. They said there wasnt but the man said he could go ask midas if someone there could help. He comes back and tells me they said for 50.00 they could help! They were literally trying to take advantage and gouge someone who might be desperate. I have never changed a bulb before but I will figure it out myself. A simple no would have been fine. I will never go there for any repairs!That's aweful business.

Went in to get a tube up and a valve cover gasket changed, my car has never been the same. Would not recommend

Very, very overpriced . I would go to one of the small auto repair places on Tyler or Mentor Ave.

Was over next door at the gas station because I noticed I had just gotten a flat tire. Nick came over and helped me out! Helped me change the tire and even offered to torque it next door at his shop. A real life saver and a great guy. Definitely have a future customer and I can’t recommend them enough.

Mark was extremely helpful in getting my oil change done swiftly.
I had an issue trying to get a wheel alignment about a month ago they couldn’t service my vehicle because it was too new of a year but didn’t know until days later, however they did offer me a free oil change to make up for the inconvenience. Typically if a vehicle shop gives you an inconvenience credit they tend to not want to fulfill to to the same standard as a paying customer howefer this Midas serviced my vehicle quickly and proficiently as they would with any valued customer!
They turned a bad experience into a great one and I’d like to applaud these guys. The tech working on the car itself was also very fast and informative! They both deserve a raise.

Nick, Kevin, Alex and there’s another younger kid with glasses I can’t remember his name but they are all amazing workers and always so friendly!! I would give this place a 10 star if I could! I always recommend people to go there.
