We had purchased a whole house of Polaris windows . Had a handful of hiccups with delays, which was normal with the pandemic and construction boom. Although it’s been a challenge getting them to follow up and fix the quality issues with a couple of our windows. I have to keep sending them emails to remind them they forgot to follow up and replace the ripped screen , or add the part that was not shipped with the window. They eventually came out to fix the issues and a new issue popped up and recommended I not use the window until it’s fixed. I didn’t mind, but now it weeks later and no one has contacted me about when they will be back to fix it. It gets old when you have to constantly remind a company a products needing repaired that’s new.

their salesmen make a lot of broken promises, and their manager bad mouths a client who brought in over 140k in business for two years in a row. Told the guy who referred me that I was needy! Ungrateful I wouldn't even buy a pencil from this place any more.
