They lied about the price and then price gouged before they would load the truck. The person who stated they were calling their supervisor only spoke Russian so made it impossible to know what was really going on. They were bullying and very unprofessional. Not sure that I will ever see my property again. Definitely would never want anyone to call moving solutions because that’s not who you get on moving days and phone calls are dodged.

Moving Solutions was the most professional and positive moving experience we have ever had. The team (Erich, Josh, Jacob and Tre) sent for pack up and move in days was one of the best group of men. They were kind, patient, and understanding. They required minimal instructions and were very flexible with last minute changes we made in adding in a stop to our storage unit after the house. The price quoted was consistent with final invoice paid, even after the add in stop. Don and the office team were very timely in response and so easy to work with. Would recommend this company multiple times over without hesitation!

We were very unhappy with our move. I hesitated in even giving one star to this company. First we had new movers who did not know how to wrap furniture and they did not take shelving pegs out of furniture. Many pegs are now lost. They also took way too long to prepare furniture for the move. Even the head mover apologized for taking too long. We ended up getting more hours billed than we should have. The difference in the estimate and the bill came out to be around 1000.00. I get new movers may not be as quick as experienced movers but they definitely did not seem to be trained and we ended up paying for their inexperience. In addition, the movers claimed they were not able to carry 3 pieces of furniture up the stairs. They did not even attempt to move them up the stairs. We are now stuck with hiring another moving company to come out and move these pieces from our garage to the loft area. I requested an invoice and still havent received one. They were not suppose to charge my card until I spoke with someone. That was not the case. I would not recommend this company to anyone moving.

Great experience with Moving Solutions. This was a complicated move and was accomplished without any issues. All the people I worked with, estimator, organizer, packers, unloaders, and driver, were professional, respectful and I would chose to work with all of them again without hesitation.

If I could give this company one star I would!! Please take it from me.. these moving companies are a SCAM!!! We originally had a pod ordered for a very reasonable price. We started calling around to companies to see if anyone could help move the items into the pod. This company ensured us that not only can they help move the items but they are full service, helps us pack things up, and move all our items in the truck and to our destination for the same price. No brainer we went with them. We shouldn't have because it was a nightmare! When they came they showed us we only have a small space to fill in the truck which would not told to us originally. This service ended up costing us 7000 more than what was originally quoted. The people who came to our house were unprofessional, rude, and when our items were received most of our delicates were broken!!! This is the absolute WORST moving company and I cannot believe I was scammed by them. Please do not be like me and save yourself. All of the positive comments you see were bought by the company. They are not real customers!!!

Great company! Highly recommend! From the initial ON SITE visit to know and see what was being moved cross country, the scheduling/ cordination and also the care of the movers who did the initial pickup AND the delivery. All went above and beyond. Could not have asked for anything more

I can't say enough about Don & his team. My father passed away and I needed to move my mom to PA. With my father passing I had so much to deal with....Don made what I thought would be the hardest part, easy. The guys showed up at my farm on a day when it was pouring rain and worked fast! I highly recommend using Moving Solutions for any of your moving needs.

Moving Solutions helped us move our four bedroom house from Ohio to California. The team at Moving Solutions made a stressful move seamless. They were always responsive and professional. We shopped around for movers, but Moving Solutions beat everyone's price. They did an in-person quote, and the estimate was spot on. Additionally, they paired us with the best moving team. I was impressed with the amazing service and would highly recommend.
