I made an appointment online. Apparently it ended up a last minute because the online allowed me to make it. When I showed up they had informed me that the tires I reserved were not available. Instead of turning me away they found another comparable tire and gave me the same deal that the other ones had. This actually saved me a lot of money. I really appreciated the fact that they did this because they really didn't have to. I will continue to use them in the future and definitely recommend them.

We were in a very difficult situation after being turned away by the dealer. The tire shop recommended this place to us, and we’re so glad they did. The repair was done very quickly and at a reasonable price.
Even though we are Japanese and don’t speak English well, the kind staff helped us, and we were able to go home feeling safe and relieved.

Great customer service! Casey was very helpful over the phone and easy to talk to. Service was pretty quick while I waited and the customer areas of the shop were very clean! 100% will be a return customer!

I brought in my a tire and rim from my snowblower that I was having issues with. Jim helped me out by airing the tire back up for me. Highly recommend NTB in Mentor. Great customer service and very helpful!
