When you arrive, text number on sign. Write your cell and trailer number on BOL. Place in the "in" box, then park out of the way and wait for them to contact you. Unlording only appointment time

AT 8AM IT WAS MY APPOINTMENT AND THEY RESPECTED IT. YOU HAVE TO SEND A TEXT NOTIFYING THAT YOU ARE ALREADY HERE AND WAIT FOR INSTRUCTIONS. THERE IS A LOT OF PLACE TO SLEEP

Not a great place to come to for the 1st time. My paperwork had a different name on the bills so I text the number on The door hoping it was correct. Seen a gentleman pull up and he said to go to the south side of the building back into a dock and text what dock I was In To the number.... that was wrong, I went to the door and the lady was extremely rude and kept interrupting me as I was trying to figure out what to do. I was sent back to the North side for unloading, hopefully this won't take to long. People need to have more patience and understanding.

Very easy. Leave your paperwork in the mailbox that says in. Text the number and wait for them to text you for what door to go to. They will text you everything you need. My appointment time was 9am. I was docked by 8:52 and gone by 9:30. No issues. There is plenty of room for over night parking. I will happily deliver here again.

Meh dock, rude people, no bathrooms (but if they make you wait a long time for a dock the Orbis dock in the front has a driver restroom), overnight parking. Need to text to check in.

I must have got lucky I had 14 rolls of paper, got here about 0712 for appt sent txt to check in at 0720 they responded at 0800 told me to write my number and trailer number on bills and put in box marked IN a couple mins later they txt again with dock number backed in and was unloaded at 0840. Side note: there is NO Water Tower
