Wanted regular polish on my toes and it looks like they put chunky white out on them and I was treated like crap for not wanting gel! And she added an extra $5 dollars on for no reason and was rude when I asked about the math. Never coming again. Places shouldn’t offer something if they’re going to be rude when you ask for it.

Very professional and gentle staff. Clean and comfortable facility with plenty of parking, good location and near other services and stores.

So I paid 57 dollars to get my toes done and asked the lady 3 times if she can put another layer of acrylic on the one toe because it didn’t look okay and she refused to do it!! Like completely ignored my concern. I’m so sick and tired of being treated this way at these types of places. I always leave stressed out rather than relaxed. It’s getting old

Just had the WORST pedicure ever. I was in/out in 20 minutes, paid extra for sugar scrub and $65 later my toes look like dog crap!

Gel mani/pedi. Not worth the price. Could have painted my nails myself and done a better job. She missed the corners, there’s bubbles and paint all over my fingers and toes. The girl cut up my toes with the nail file. I flinched and said owe and she just kept going. $138 is insane when this is what you’re paying for.

Absolutely in LOVE with my nails. Extremely talented and friendly staff. I'm pretty intimidated getting my nails done because I don't take care of my hands/nails, and this was a wonderful experience with an incredible result.

Honestly, this place is overrated. If you aren’t going here to get a full set of acrylic, they want to seem to rush you out. I was skipped over several times to the point where she came to ask my name and I had to point to it. The water was freezing for my pedicure. The technician seemed so put off that I didn’t want all the up charges and gel. She rushed through the whole process. Checking out I paid in cash and when she handed me change I asked for smaller bills for a $10. She said yes and then walked away with my money and started working on someone else. Very clearly giving herself well over. 20% tip and obviously did this when pulling change from the drawer. I have tried to give this place several attempts over the years but I’m done.

Initially, I was pleased with the shape of my nails. However, between Monday the 7th and Wednesday the 9th, a nail popped off. I contacted the salon immediately, explaining that I wasn't available until Monday to have them repaired. Upon my visit, the technician glued the nail, but when I inquired about additional acrylic, she declined. The owner, Lily, then intervened, but her approach was unfortunately rough and inconsiderate. Consequently, I will not be returning.

I have been going to Nail Lacquer for almost 5 years now. I have had multiple workers do my nails and had very few issues that were always fixed at no charge. For the price and requests that I ask, I cannot find a better service elsewhere. They are always accommodating and polite. The nail techs always help me decide what design to do, as I am indecisive. I have never left the salon unhappy with my service. If I didn't like a shape/design/color I made sure to let them know before the service was finished.

I have gone to Nail Lacquer for years now and they have always done an amazing job. Each time I go they take their time and I never feel rushed. I just went to get halloween nails done and they were able to do the design perfectly by just looking at a picture. I would definitely recommend going here!

I have been here several times and each gets worse. I'm done. Today was a simple pedicure..... very rushed...they weren't nearly as busy as I have seen them in the past.... as soon as I sat down, feet in water- it was freezing cold water. Asked her to add some hot. She proceeds to let out some water and add a little more- but as soon as she let the water out she started on my toes....no soaking. She hurt my toe....and I was prob in and out no longer than 20 min... that's probably a stretch. The prices are high and experience is bad....

I absolutely love my nails!!! I went to get my nails for my wedding and the owner was extremely accommodating and sweet, they turned out beautifully.
