Today, I went in for a powder dip; I was sitting at table 4 when it was explained to me that my natural nails need a little length to have the powder dip process done. I then said I would like gel. I was directed where the gel polish selections were and told once I chose a color, to sit back at desk number 4. I chose a color and sat down at 4, and the lady who was to do my nails starting helping a girl who came in while I was picking a gel color. I turn around and saw my manicurist giving the girl a pedicure. I was livid and left the establishment. Such poor customer service! I will never go back there! A nail salon who treat their customers like that, surely doesn't deserve my money! They need to learn how to extend basic courtesy and respect to their customers.

The pedicures here are out of this world. They take their time and don’t rush through the spa portion to get to the Polish. Everyone is so friendly and the prices are great. The high end pedicures here are still cheaper than at a spa and the quality and care is better
Cleanliness: The pedicure chairs are cleaned and a new liner is put in after every customer. All the tools come in sterile packaging.
