Went today to return something for my aunt that was ordered back in February and not eligible for return. Perfect condition unworn or touched shoes but my aunt had been online ordering hundreds of dollars worth of stuff while in the hospital undergoing treatments for brain cancer and we didn’t realize or know until May. So most everything is going to waste and now she’s out so much money because she did this while not in her right mind due to meds/treatment. The employee and manager were so helpful and understanding, very friendly despite me having a bit of trouble getting her email and info pulled up and technically being past the time for the return. It is so greatly appreciated that the manager was able to make an exception and let us return these and especially the patience and understanding they had. Store was clean, organized, and well stocked as far as I could see also. 10/10 store thank you so much!! Wish i got their names so i could call and let the corporation know how nice their staff is!

A lot of new summer stuff and the girl that was working the changing room area (think her name tag said Sam my daughter said), she was so super nice and helpful.

Today I went into Old Navy to look for an outfit for the weekend. I’ve been going to Old Navy since I was a kid so I love it . Once I was in the store and began looking around. Soon after was about four or five store associates following me to the point where we’re staring eye to eye. I kept going and making my purchases, and then left. I am a nurse in this community. I live in this community and I would like to go in a store, especially Old Navy who I’ve spent thousands of dollars in the store i’d like to be treated fairly. Signed a nurse is going to tell all her friends not to shop at Old Navy.

They had some pretty good deals going on and I ended up getting quite a few items. The clearance section could use some cleaning up but overall I had a pretty good experience. Staff was super nice as well.

I went to this location yesterday after buying stuff online that was sized so weird, I was going to try and return it to the store but was told I had to send it back via mail… I still wanted to go check out the store to see if they had the right sizing and I was assisted by Lisa who was so empathetic to my situation and kind, she and her manna Tiffany went above and beyond to help me make my new purchase and even honored my “cash” that I lost during returning my products 10/10 recommend!
