Always a great experience with Dr. Nichols and Sue, their "Contacts Guru!" My husband and I feel confident in the services we receive at OPI and truly appreciate feeling valued as patients. Dr. Nichols is wonderful and really takes her time with us - you get a good, thorough exam! The team of check in, check out and assistants are top notch too!

Dr. Happ at OPI has substantially improved my dry eye pain and symptoms using a treatment called intense pulsed light (IPL). Starting after the third session, and especially now after the fourth, my symptoms have improved dramatically when nothing else I was trying was working. Despite it not being covered by my insurance, it is more than worth it, and I commend OPI and Dr. Happ for investing in this technology and bringing it to patients in need.

Everybody there from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors were totally awesome, I had dr.Eippert.,what a top notch dr. He is also very personal, he called me himself after both my surgeries and asked how I was doing. He did not have his assistant do it. Great place, highly recommended..thanks to everyone there.

Doctor Eippert is a fantastic surgeon. I suffer from claustrophobia and he was very patient with me. After wearing glasses for 65 years I look forward to better vision. I may still need glasses for certain thinks like driving at night or in the rain but that is a small inconvenience for not having to put glasses on when I wake up in the middle of the night. Thank you dr. Eippert.

Do not go to this place. Customer service sucks! They only care about $. They treat patients like cattle. Long waits and the doctors act they never met you. They treat you like cattle rather than patients. Had an appointment at 9 for a consultation for surgery and still had not seen the doctor at 11. Then they made me feel like I was the bad guy when I complained. Go find a eye doctor that actually read about patient care and treats you like a human. This place only wants to grind out patients for$$$ so they pay for the fancy office.

Dr. Gregory Eipert did my cateract surgery both eyes, he did a fantastic job, staff is very friendly and efficient great experience considering the anxiety of surgery. Surgery center was great.

The doctors and support staff are very professional and exceptional at what they do. The thoroughness and attention to detail to diagnosing and treating eye needs are perfect. I would reccomend them for the simplest to most complex procedures.My cataract surgery went perfectly. I can see 20-20 again. Super thankful and appreciative for and to their work.

Got my Husband in super quick for an emergency. Ashley and Megan were super with their communication skills..and so understanding. Amazing staff...extraordinary nowadays. Dr. Riffle and Nancy worked together as a team and were so thorough. I recommend this practice to anyone that wants great treatment from what every professional office should just be! Dr. Gregory A. Eippert, MD and his entire staff at Ophthalmic Physicians Incorporated (OPI) provided detailed cataract consultation, surgical expertise and follow-up care after surgery. OPI is a very professional and efficiently operated organization. The staff at both the office and surgical facility were always friendly and efficient. I was never made to wait when I was at their office for my appointments.My cataract surgery was performed by Dr. Gregory Eippert. Dr. Eippert's knowledge and kind manner helped guide me on which procedure and lense would give the best outcome. His skill in the operating room has provided me with wonderful sight after years of glasses and contact lenses. I would also like to give credit to Dr. Michelle Lieb for her followup care after my first surgery.

Exceptional experience at OPI. Dr Eippert was my surgeon. From the initial consultation to the actual surgical procedure - Dr Eippert was very knowledgeable, patient and very thorough in discussing my options available over and above the basic cataract surgery. I went with the PanOptics Lens (corrects distance and near) and couldn’t be happier with my decision. For me...No more glasses. It was like seeing in HD for the first time...amazing!! If you are in need of the advanced knowledge and expertise of an Ophthalmologist and are considering any type of eye care or surgery- I highly recommend OPI and especially Dr Eippert - not only is he exceptional - the staff at OPI and the staff at the Surgical Center are as well. The whole experience start to finish was excellent.
