Reserved truck weeks in advance of date needed. From having to go to a different location to pick up (Penske dropped the ball) to an absolute disaster of billing issues (Penske dropped the ball) the experience was sub par. The rental truck itself was fine though. I will give them a second chance in the future. Stay tuned!
