They had the lights on and the door open and I walk in to get some cat treats. Some worker yells at me “we’re not open”. I asked why is the door open then? He says we have to let people in with a stupid attitude. What a joke. Never coming here again. Pet Supply Plus baby

I really appreciate how fast their online ordering system is but the whole online order pick up process is an absolute nightmare. I have the app and was looking forward to the drive up pickup option as I ordered a 34 lb bag of dog food and I’m currently 9 months pregnant. So not needing to go inside and get help with the bag was a huge plus. I check in on the app that I’m there for my drive up order, and then proceed to sit in my car for 10-15 minutes. No one comes out with my order. My pup is in the car restless so eventually I just decide to walk inside. I walk over to the pick up station and see that my order is still sitting there. No one has grabbed it or even moved it to the front of the store. There’s a line at the front so I can understand if they’re busy but then there’s a man who looks to be a manager just standing in the middle aisle petting a dog. I don’t mean to be a complainer because I have no issue going inside to pick up orders. But a 34 lb bag of food and you’re 9 months pregnant is no small feat. Better organization of internal systems is absolutely needed.

Woman with the DEFORMED FACE and blonde bun refused to sell me fish an hour before close. Extremely rude nasty attitude. This is a petstore that will not sell you pets, very lazy employees that just do not care.

I went to the store to get goldfish for my tank and for my kids. I had my kids with me, this lady that work there named Wendy was very rude and would not sell me goldfish. She was the rudest person there, her attitude was very rude to me and in front of my kids. She needs to not work there anymore. She has no skills and has no clue what she is talking about, telling me that she can't sell me fish because she is caring for the fish. Well if you care for them why are most the fish dead and not out of the tank? I go there all the time and when I do I will not be nice to this lady at all. All the other people that work there are very nice. This lady is not. Worst worker ever.

the cashier with all of the piercings is extremely rude. He has absolutely no customer service skills. Made the experience of buying our new pets first set of supplies very unenjoyable by using the coupons included in the adoption . He gave my son a hard time, than proceeds to be rude to me as well. Id give this place zero stars if I could. When people look unprofessional they also have the attitude to match.

My gf ordered litter and dog food a 100$ worth. At the end of the day no delivery. My gf calls store and they say it's delivered and they have a picture. So I run to store to see picture and it's clearly not my place! They told me we have to call corporate to get a refund . Their mistake now our problem/ hassle . Nightmare. This is the second time we ordered. We should have learned the first time when we ordered and received a notification order was delivered and again it was not. In that case it had never left the store. that issue was resolved fairly simply . Our latest issue is apparently our problem and on us to rectify with corporate. Never Again.

DO NOT BUY A KITTEN FROM WINKY CATS ADOPTION THROUGH PETSMART. WE BOUGHT A KITTEN FOR $150 WAS TOLD UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS WERE COMMOM AND WAS GIVEN MEDICINE THAT THEY MIXED UP THEMSELVES. IT DID NOT WORK. I HAD TO TAKE THE KITTEN 5 DAYS LATER TO THE VET TO GET REAL MEDICINE AND FOUND OUT THAT THE KITTEN HAD TWO INTESTINAL PARASITES. THIS COST US ANOTHER $200 ON TOP OF THE $150 FOR THE KITTEN. THERE WAS NO NUMBER TO CONTACT MARGIE WHO WAS UNTRUTHFUL ABOUT THE ORIGINS OF THE CAT. WHEN I FINALLY DID GET HER ON THE PHONE. SHE WAS RUDE, SCREAMING AT ME, TALKING OVER ME, WOULD NOT LET ME TALK. AND LAUGHED AT ME WHEN I REQUESTED AT LEAST HALF MY MONEY BACK TO HELP WITH THE EXPENSE OF THE MEDICATIONS. PETSMART NEEDS TO RETHINK WHO THEY HAVE DOING ADOPTIONS OUT OF THEIR LOCATION. OH AND THIS SICKLY KITTEN WAS IN WITH FOUR OTHER KITTENS, WE HAVE TO KEEP HIM QUARANTINED FOR ANOTHER TWO WEEKS ON TOP OF THE TEN DAYS ALREADY. WE JUST WANTED TO GET OUR CAT A COMPANION BECAUSE OUR OTHER CAT PASSED AWAY.

Everyone here is always so helpful here no matter when I call or come in.They take the time to listen and when you see they are busy their self this means a lot! They never make you feel rushed which is very rare these days! I would recommend mentor PetSmart to all people...they sure have helped me with my precious one when I needed their input.They even share a piece of their own personal input on what they do for their precious ones..great place! Thank you!
