I took some high end shoes in there, still in the box and they offered $3 for each pair! The original sticker on one pair of shoes was $150, so they could clearly see that a $3 offer was extremely disrespectful! Plus I’m not impressed with their inventory, probably because people like me don’t return to offer better quality items. They definitely need to upgrade their inventory and also hire people who know what to purchase. I’d have to say this store is no better than Goodwill.

This is by far the most amazing Plato’s Closet I’ve been too. I was greeted with a welcome in and then I was asked if I needed any help while shopping. When I went to checkout the girls were super nice. I love this place

I started taking my daughter here a few years ago and soon started shopping for myself. It’s a great place to find name brand clothes for a huge discount. Workers are always very friendly and store is clean.

They told me they didn’t buy youth size shoes which was women size also but I sold at a different location and they accepted them. I wouldn’t recommend selling to them.

Good place to shop, horrible place to sell. One of the girls said my shoes were to formal to buy but when I walked around I saw they were selling a pair of gold heels and multiple pairs of loafers that looked identical to the ones I brought in. The only difference was my shoes were actually name brand, “Jessica Simpson & Jeffery Campbell”, and brand new. And then they tried to rebuy my Tory Burch slides that were barely worn for $10.00 😭 I’m just going to put them on depop and get my moneys worth.

They were very rude and staring at me , mind you I’m black so I think they were being racist, don’t go in there. I went in there with clothes I got from another store to get another bag because my bag was ripping I was walking so I went in the store. I asked for a bag, as I was walking out One of the ladies said “we know you stealing”. and every time I go in the room, they asked me how many clothes do I got knowing that there’ll be other people going in there and they don’t ask them white people only me the black person. That why I don’t really go there anymore I like store but still

Went there on 03/26/2025. Purchased some clothes got home as I was putting them in the wash I seen a dead BEDBUG in the sleeve. You guys seriously need to check over your clothes! I will never be shopping there ever again. DISGUSTING!

This place is so weird 😐 every time I go they never take nothing I confused what they want because I have new used and genuine things I buy but they always say no not today ..I feel very disappointed they make me feel they didn't want to buy from African American

Stopped in friday am. No greeting, I was just ignored, it was very strange. Not welcoming at all. I just left with nothing and won't b back. 2 girls working. Sorry I stopped in. There weren't any other customers in the store.

Came here just a few minutes after 7 to sell a few pairs of dress pants not even a bag full and planned to do some shopping while they went over it. They said sorry it's after 7 you can come back another day to sell things I politely told them I drove 40 minutes to come here and if they could make an exception as no one else was in line and the store was not busy almost empty in fact. She gave me an attitude and said yeah no you can come back tomorrow. The apparent boss on shift rolled her eyes at me. I do shop here quite often so it sucks to get service like this. This store has definitely gone down hill with who they hire and how clean it is over the years. I'd at the very least address the 2 girls that were working this evening as that's no way to treat a customer.

Came here today with my sister. We tried on A LOT of stuff and the girls working were so kind and patient with us! Super friendly and welcoming and had some great finds!

My wife brought several items to this store. The young ladies were rude & stole. She went there on Sept 29th and the next day after looking through the items she brought- noticed 2 pairs of jeans were missing. The young ladies that worked there told her they weren't interested in any of her clothes, while at the same time stealing 3 pairs of jeans and a shirt. When my wife went back there to look for her 2 pairs of jeans, she didn't get good customer service, and the young ladies were very rude. The 2 employees told her the pants were not at the store. My wife contacted management with no success. No one knew where her items were or who took them. Today my wife got a phone call- not from management. The young ladies magically found 3 pairs of pants and a shirt! Wow! Crazy! They appeared out of thin air in a week! This company should really think about their current employees who work there. You want to be a store with great customer service and known for integrity? Or do you want young women working at your store who are rude and criminals? Or is this a systemic problem that management knows about and has been going on? I don't know, but I know my wife will never go there again, and will be telling everyone she knows about this disappointing and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this store. Very rude employees and customer service was not good with management. Very unprofessional that the store's employees would try to cover up this crime. Even had the audacity to offer money for her clothes after trying to steal them!
