I had my WRX tinted with LLumar, the front PPF, and ceramic coated. There was a bubble in the rear tint that caused some issues when PWP removed the tint. Specifically the rear defroster came up with the tint. PWP clearly communicated the issue immediately. This was all happening right before I was moving across the country. PWP reimbursed me for the rear tint so I could get it installed after my move and they reimbursed me for my rear window replacement. PWP took what could have been a horrible experience and made it right. The team at PWP goes above and beyond for an exceptional customer experience.
I also want to point out that this was a freak occurrence and by no means an indication of PWP's workmanship. The rest of the window tint, the PPF, and the ceramic coat were all top notch.
I can't recommend the PWP team enough times!
