The lab tech was not nice at all! Not to me and not to another woman who simply wanted to ask a question. No one is out front to answer any questions. And now you have to sign in through a kiosk and many elderly people do not know how to do this. I had to help the elderly woman behind me. I did mention it to the tech, and she was perturbed when I said that to her, but beyond that, I asked her a simple question and she was extremely rude.

I signed in and had to wait a half hour to drop something off. I feel I was discrimated against by the African American girl who was rude, would not take and took others before me. I will NOT be back. This place is horrible.

We waited waaayyy too long. Our APPOINTMENT was at 11:00. It's now 11:20 and we are STILL WAITING!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
It is now 11:25 and my mother was FINALLY called back! NEVER again!!!

Karen and Company were great even though I passed out due to having blood drawn. I feel bad that i made them stay so far past their end time, but the reassured me that everything was ok. They are awesome and deserve a raise.

The check-in kiosk was not working. When I knocked on the door, they informed me I shouldn't knock and should hit the"help" button on the kiosk. The broken kiosk. Then they acted like I was stupid and refused to believe that it was broken until they also could not check me in on it.

It's a health institution so you must hold higher standards.

Called ,got an appointment and showed up 10 min early . Checked in,was called in,had my blood drawn. It was smooth as silk. Enjoy my time there.The people there are very professional.

Had a lab test required for work. Made an appointment first thing in the morning because it required fasting. There was zero wait, staff came and took me back as soon as I arrived. Tech was very friendly and good at her job. I can't find one negative thing to say.
