I arrived about 5 minutes early to my appointment and checked in on the Kiosk as there was no receptionist. I was greeted by Rita, the phlebotomist, who took me in the back room behind a locked door and asked which labs I needed to get done. I told her which ones and that my doctor had emailed me the lab order. Rita let me know that they cannot accept it through an email, nor could I send it to her to print. She suggested that I go to the Staples that was attached to the building complex to have the lab order printed off. As I was leaving to get it printed at Staples, there was no one in the waiting room. After being in Staples for about 5 minutes to print off the lab order sheet, I return back to the waiting room with no other patients waiting. Since I had already checked in with the little Kiosk thing, there was no way of letting them know that I had returned since there was no receptionist. So I knocked on the door with no answer. After about 5 more minutes of waiting, I then tried to get someone’s attention by saying “hello”and knocking again with no response. At this time, a couple other of patients entered the building and checked in. A few more minutes go by of waiting and the FedEx guy comes in with a package and knocked at the door as well. After waiting about 15-20 minutes, Rita came back out with a stern look on her face. The first thing she says to me is “whoever is out there knocking needs to quit it” and she kept going on and on and on about how whoever it was knocking needs to learn patience and that it is listed on the walls. And then I said to her, “maybe you should have a receptionist then”. My comment made her very angry. She stated “We don’t have a receptionist, we never did, and never will”. The thing is, she was unaware that not every single knock on the door was from me since the FedEx guy came in a knocked also. She did not see the entire situation. She was making assumptions and took out her anger about the situation on me. And then she went on to express how disrespectful I was because of the patients that I don't have. At this point, I said to her “why are you acting like this? It is very unprofessional”. At this point, I told her “you did not see the whole situation, you don’t know”. Then she threatened me by saying “Do you want me to take your blood another day?”.This is very concerning, as she is the phlebotomist, putting a needle in me, she essentially has the power over me, because I needed to have my blood drawn. I was a bit scared honestly wasn’t sure if she would take my blood out right or she could do something to me or my samples. No one in healthcare should ever act the way that she did. After she said that to me, I immediately said ‘no’ and didn’t say anything else to her until she was finished. She then took my blood sample. As I as I was leaving, I asked for her name and she did not provide it to me. I ask again, and she quietly said “Rita”.I felt like Rita was unreasonable and was not being professional with me. She indeed escalated the situation. With her working in the healthcare field and customer service, I feel like it should be her priority. I felt helpless in this situation. I thought that she may have been just having an off day, but it clearly was not based on all the bad reviews on Google and Yelp specifically about Rita. She was not a nice person at all and one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. This report has also been submitted to Quest Diagnostic Corporate.I look forward to your response.

Had to get blood drawn every month for meds I was on. My dermatologist put in my order for bloodwork as open meaning I don’t need in order every single time I come in to get it taken as it’s good for a certain amount of months. They threw out my open order and didn’t put it in the system leaving me not able to get my required blood work for my prescription cause they didn’t have a blood order on file. Not only that but every single time I’ve been in there you can just tell they hate having to do their job. I’m finally done with my meds and went in for my last blood test with an appointment and sat and waited 20 min after my scheduled time in the lobby listening to them scream and laugh in the back and talking about the holidays. Keep in mind I was the only patient in the building so it’s not like there was a line. Got up and left and I will never will be back here. Don’t know why I even stuck it out for the last 6 months with them.

The women who would not give her name was beyond RUDE while I explain I was there for my pre employment drug screening. Even after I explain my employer didn’t give me my Quest port number she says to me “Your not listening to me or do you just not understand what I’m saying to you. I could speak slower if that would help” when I understand very well what she’s saying. She refused to listen to the code my employer gave me. Then said “I’m the only person here and I’m booked for the day so I can’t help you anyways” an walked away from me to the back. Extremely rude, disrespectful and wanted nothing to do with anything I was saying or showing her from my employer

I had an appointment and waited 40 minutes. Then I was told I couldn't get my test that I went there for. Huge waste of time

Was recommended by my dermatologist to go the Quest so they could send some blood work over. They got me in quick which was nice. But they took a good 15 mins to get all my information in the computer, the lady was just really slow. The worst part of it all that will make me NEVER walk into the building again was the blood draw. This woman couldn’t find my vein and said and I quote “i’m gonna find it” and just stabs me with the needle. She was legitimately moving the needle up, down, back and forth while it was in my skin… to get the blood to go into the testing tubes. There was a literal blood drop dripping down my arm. It hurt so bad I was about to start crying, I was legitimately having bad anxiety & was scared she was going to cause damage to my veins or something. She had to take 5-7 tubes of blood and I was just sitting there in pain. And I guess she messed up one or something because she THREW A VILE AWAY literally..Just really unprofessional and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing at all. It scared me, Ive never been in so much pain during a blood draw in my entire life…and I won’t be back.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The staff is so rude ! The old women working here does not explain anything well and then yelled at me when I didn’t give her “enough “ urine ! She spilled my sample and told me I have to stay here for 45 min to try again and if I leave I’m failing the test. Beware of this place.

Have come here for years for annual company biometric screening. Having registered online, the check in was easy and the wait was only a few minutes. Kiki has been the technician I've seen the last few years. She is always pleasant, discreet and professional. Thank you for the excellent blood draw !

This is the worst place I've ever been too. No walk ins. I made an appt and still waiting pass my scheduled time and there are no other customers here. I'm sitting here trying to hold my urine. No one is never available at the front desk. Unprofessional!

This location falsely advertises weekend hours for drug screening (which is why I selected the location) and once I made an appointment refused to accept my ID.

Walk ins are not welcome. The soonest I could get in when walking in was 2 hours and they made me create an appointment. With no one at the counter, the check in machine would not auto detect my insurance card and could not even sign up for that. If I knew I still have to make an appointment, I would have just done that. This was on Friday early in the morning with just 1 pweson in the waiting room.

Had my blood drawn here. Only had to wait about 5 minutes till I was called in. MaryAnn was wonderful, and I barely felt a pinch at all. Was there for a total of about 15 minutes. Will definitely be returning when needed.

Did a walk in on Friday the 25th . I waited 30 min then I was told they have no time because people have appointments set up . Scheduled for the next day sat . Appointment was set for 8:10. They took me in at 8:35 . People that had later app were taken in before me and even a walk-in was taken before me . Totally not happy with the way things were handled . The employee working on Friday was not very nice either .
