Our daughter went here starting at 12 weeks until almost 3 years old. The owner and the teachers are all so friendly and helpful. There seemed to be little to no turn over with the teachers which was very comforting. My daughter loved coming here and I loved hearing about her day. She would come home everyday having learned something new.

My two boys have been attending this daycare since 2017, they have been taking care of them since they were in diapers, they helped me potty train them when I was struggling. They are now 7 and 9 and attend their summer camp and school days off program. Mrs Dell, Ms Kathy, Ms Julie, Ms Brenda, Ms Tracy, Ms Kelly, and the whole staff have been great influences on my boys. They care about them, comfort them when they need it, and correct them too. Summer field trips include trips to local parks, the movies, jump places, museums, the bowling alley, the beach, Waldameer, and the pools. Also my favorite thing about their summer camp is it is electronics free, they get an entire summer of no devices, instead they get healthy outdoor activites. My kids have friends at all of the mentor elementary schools because of the other kids they met at Rainbow. I highly recommend this daycare.

We were at Mentor beach park today with our Childern, and Rainbow connection was there and they day care providers were so mean and rude to the kids. A little girl couldn't find her swim bottom, because they I believe were going to go the pool and the lady was so nasty to the little girl, told her they were right over here, I bet you didn't even look. When they were lining up the kids and calling out names to make sure they had everyone, another little girl was standing right in front of the woman calling names, I guess didn't speak loud enough for her liking and told her you didn't speak loud enough and 2 minutes out of the pool for you. More happened, but they were not very nice, if you are going to a be child care provider yoy need to be nicer and have more patience. I will never recommend this place if this is how the kids are treated.

No issues great communication they take care of my 6 month old son they do a great job I've personally never seen any issues in the baby area.

I came in for a tour, They had no idea I was even coming. The women who was “helping” was nothing but rude and very short with me. She said she was going to see if someone could give me one. The normal women was at the store. While I was standing in the lobby. A baby started to cry and one of the “teacher” makes a very harsh shhh sound. After working in daycare for many years the way she spoke to that child was not okay. When the woman came back to speak with me. Once again she was so rude and short with me. She has me what ages I would need and all she had to say was their was a wait list. She had no desire of helping me at all. Over all I will never even think about sending my kids here. Their loss.

Loving, caring and affordable daycare center! I absolutely love all of my son's teachers, and they love him. I get updates throughout the day by using their convenient app on my phone - pictures, too! Fun, safe and clean environment. Highly recommend!

At Headlands Beach Today and 3 buses from Rainbow Connections full of school aged kids come to beach. They had 3 teachers with them. The kids all went in the water and none of the teachers even looked at them while they were swimming. All 3 of the teachers were busy looking for sea glass on the beach. Some of the kids were up to their necks in water that was rough with waves. There was no lifeguard on duty on the beach. It was hard to watch all of this. I would be horrified if this happened while my kid was under their “supervision”. A kid could have drowned and no one would have even noticed.

Our 2 children have been going to Rainbow Connection for a little over 3 year now. Our daughter who is now 4 starting coming here after being at a In Home Day Care , which we thought we preferred . We found everything we were looking for in a Day Care at Rainbow Connection . We now have 2 children at the center . Our son who is now 2 has been there since he was 3 months. Our kids love it . there are different rooms for different age groups to catering to their social and educational needs . No its not fancy inside , but we weren't looking to be dazzled by all new toys and what not . We were looking for a good , clean, safe and fun environment for our kids to be in while we have to be at work . And we have . Our kids love "baby school " as we call it . They love their teachers and the games and song they sing and play . They love their friends at school ! No place will perfect , but i don't worry about them during the day and i look forward to hearing about all they did everyday i pick them up .

My two children have went to this daycare since my ex husband and I split. We have been going through a nasty custody battle. I was not allowed to pick up my children from this daycare due to him not allowing me on the pick up list. When I went to get my kids after getting a protection order and granted temparary custody.When I arrived the daycare provider was rude to me. The teachers outside the building at the playground were yelling at me about how I was hurting my children and finally when I got my kids and walked to my car, there was the daycare provider telling me how I'm messing with my children's head by taking my kids from a man with two dui's while having them in his car. I was holding my daughter when she spoke these words to me. Needless to say, my two children will NOT be going to a daycare where they clearly are not professional enough to stay out of certain things that don't involve them. The story is clearly one sided and it shows their IQ scores if they can believe such an idiot feeding them lies about me.

All 3 of my Toddlers have gone to this daycare. This is great place for them. They have a great program and the teachers here are fantastic. There is little turnover in the teachers, some have been there over 20 years!They are reasonable and flexible. I love it!
