Having previously worked here the manager will put out used products that have been returned. Manager is a liar and talks behind everybody's back. Well Rather drive 20 minutes to a different store and then go to mentor again or even work here

Manager there was so rude to an employee there in front of me!!! Then proceeded to make snarky comments about other customers in the store quietly in the back room thinking no one could hear!

Totally inconvenienced customer. Purchased something at Chardon store, wrong item was delivered, and can’t return in Mentor. Have to drive to Chardon to return wring item that was sent to me. Do not have the infrastructure for online orders.

employees are very nice and polite but I feel like they genuinely have no idea about the products that they carry and sell. I went in looking to strip the color from my hair and I was looking for a shampoo to help in doing so. The girl literally sold me a shampoo that has color-safe written all over the bottle. I didn’t bother to look while in store because I trusted her judgement, got home and am now so annoyed because they are closed now! How frustrating!
