JOAO was my stylist and he was amazing!!! Before he did my hair I felt old and unattractive, he lifted my spirits in more ways than just my hair. When I left the salon I stopped at a gas station and a man walked up to me and told me my hair was awesome “hot” I can’t say enough about Jaoa except that he’s amazing and I am a hard person to please when it comes to my hair. I will never go to anyone else.

Joao Creations loft #4 is the bomb in the area. His experience of 20+ years in the industry, but specialized in European hair techniques is unique to this area. He transformed me from brunette to platinum blonde in a day, which most hairstylists say “it’s a process that will take months”, not with Joao. But most importantly, my hair was not fried. It was still strong and beautiful color. I had so many compliments. He is friendly, calm and patient, very loving personality!!

Booked an appointment online and got email and text confirmation. Showed up for my appointment waited 10 mins and then messaged my stylist to see where she was. She said she didn’t have me on her schedule and was not available. Not sure if there is something wrong with the booking system online but this is very annoying and I wasted a whole hour of my day. Make sure to confirm directly with your stylist if you book online.

Too noisy, and kids are running everywhere. I loved, actually loved my stylist, she ROCKED!! People need to treat other people with kindness. There are better salon lofts out there, but chose this one because of my stylist......ERIN!! SHE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. Too bad you lost her!!!!

My service providers are Emberlynn Colbeck, Erin Shantery, and Corey P. I absolutely love going to my hairstylist/barber and nail tech! They always listen to what I want and go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with the results. I consistently get exactly what I ask for, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch hair and nail services. They're simply the best!
