We have the highest praise for Casey, the manager at this storage facility, who has been very kind and considerate every time we had questions or needed assistance with anything. He was always present in the office and took care of our needs efficiently every time. He is informative and very knowledgeable of all things regarding this storage facility and much more! The facility and grounds are kept spotless and clean all the time, and he's very thoughtful if there are other people waiting for service. We've enjoyed each interaction we've had and have the highest regard for the manager's expertise and support. Thank you, Casey!

Our go-to storage facility. Casey is so helpful and easy to work with. Very easy process to get a unit/space. It's a well-oiled machine. I like the gated access. Location is always clean and easy to navigate in and out of. Prices are great, too. Our experience has been that promo rates are relatively short term, so I wish those rates would hold longer, but Corporate makes those decisions. 5 stars to Casey and this location.

There are the biggest pirates I have ever experienced in the rental industry. I have been dealing with them for 3 years, and each year, they raised the rental fees twice a year and don't provide anything extra for the cost. The gate broke on me 5 times since I signed up for this terrible experience. i lost two contacts because i couldn't access my things. They charge you for a late fee when you have paid them already. I got a card in the mail today their rising the rent up to $200 for a little 10 by 10 unit. When I started, they gave me this sweet price less than 2 months that amount doubled without notice. I hope nobody else makes a big mistake. I made it ever getting involved with them. Please take your belongings somewhere else. That response is fake to. I called that number b4 I left this review the phone call is exactly why I posted this review they can care less about robbing me without a gun for 3 years the guy said the property value is worth more according to corporate was his answer. That's a corporate & owner cost not your 3 year long good paying customers! You guys never was upfront about the twice a year up charge every year. They lie to you to get you in there then hit you with wild out Laddish charges. If you really cared you would contact me instead ? I called & your rep had me on hold for 15mins and the best excuse is corporate said they feel you should pay more just because.Update:4/25/24I must admit, it took a few calls about the issues above. I got in touch with a reasonable person on the phone when i called the number above. Company Rep Victor, help me resolve the matter at hand, thank you. I would like to mention this company really needs to offer the long term clients some type of special's and discounts..

Closed more than they are open , during their own scheduled business operating hours , managed very poorly apparently.. *Example * as I'm writing this review @ 3pm in afternoon , there is a sign on door that says will return @4pm yet the guy is literally sitting behind his desk on his computer *see attached photos* however I've been here twice in last 7 days where the lights were out doors locked and closed as early as 4 pm .. Phone calls are not returned (from my experience) even after multiple days .. Their packing supplies way over priced but to each they own , I wont do business here and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.. If I could give zero stars , I would
